★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não tem compromisso com o cliente fiz meu pedido às 21:30 agora são 0:40 minutos primeiro falou que não obteram contato depois de 2 horas sendo que o prazo era de uma hora e quinze minutos depois liguei reclamei as 23:30 e eles falaram que iria entregar o pedido urgente agora são 0:40 e eles falaram que eu havia cancelado o pedido, eles não tem compromisso com o cliente!!!!!!!!!!!! Difícil
 They have no commitment to the customer I placed my order at 9:30 pm now it is 0:40 minutes first said they did not get contact after 2 hours and the deadline was one hour and fifteen minutes later I called and complained at 23:30 and they they said they would deliver the urgent order now it's 0:40 and they said that I had canceled the order, they have no commitment to the customer !!!!!!!!!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando apenas com uma estrela pois é impossível avaliar com menos! Pois minha esposa fez um pedido no dia 12/04 e com mais de uma hora de atraso... Foi feito diversas tentativas de contato com o restaurante porém sempre a msm desculpa e por fim eles não queriam mais responder ou se quer atender a ligação. Péssimo!
I am only evaluating with one star because it is impossible to evaluate with less! Because my wife made a request on 12/04 and more than an hour late ... Several attempts were made to contact the restaurant but always with the same excuse and in the end they did not want to answer or if they want to answer the call . Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido a pessoa que atendeu falou que demoraria de 40 a 60 minutos, não chegou no prazo estipulado, liguei para saber do meu pedido se seria entregue e a atendente desligou o telefone duas vezes na minha cara, não recomendo, falta de comprometimento com o cliente total!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, a pior experiência com delivery... Eles são péssimos, atendimento horrível, extremamente grossos. Meu pedido atrasou e ligamos para saber do mesmo, simplesmente desligaram na nossa cara. Enfim, não sei como conseguiram 3 estrelas, pq são muito ruins (ruim ainda seria um elogio)... Não recomendo para NINGUÉM, uma pena, mas a realidade. Horrível, horrível, horrível...
Honestly, the worst experience with delivery... They are terrible, horrible service, extremely thick. My order was delayed and we called to find out about it, they just hung up on us. Anyway, I don't know how they got 3 stars, because they are very bad (bad would still be a compliment)... I don't recommend it to ANYONE, a pity, but the reality. horrible, horrible, horrible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse lugar. Não respeitam o consumidor. Não respeitam prazo de entrega, desligam na sua cara. Depois de 1 hora passado do prazo de entrega, no aplicativo do ifood dizia que o entregador havia saido com a comida, simplismente nunca chegou, detalhe que o pedido foi pago pelo aplicativo. Péssima experiência. Ifood deveria ver a quantidade de reclamação e não permitir esse tipo de restaurante na plataforma.
Run away from this place. They don't respect the consumer. They don't respect delivery deadlines, they hang up in your face. After 1 hour passed the delivery deadline, in the ifood app it said that the delivery man had left with the food, it just never arrived, detail that the order was paid for by the app. Bad experience. Ifood should see the amount of complaints and not allow this type of restaurant on the platform.
