★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo uber eats - deppis de um tempo esperando fui checar no aplicativo, e para minha surpresa havia sido cancelado, com a desculpa de que o entregador havia espwrado 10 minutos e não me encontrou. Mentira,ppis estive aqui o tempo todo, e tenho certeza de que o interfone está funcionando,pois havia recebido o entregador da padaria pouco antes. Para piorar, o restaurante "só se responsabiliza pela manifatura do prato....
I asked for uber eats - after a while waiting I went to check the application, and to my surprise it had been canceled, with the excuse that the delivery man had spent 10 minutes and didn't find me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood e o pedido saiu para a "entrega" bem depois do horário previsto para chegar. Pelo chat apenas me falaram "JA SAIU", assim mesmo em letras garrafais. Meia hora depois nada de chegar (não leva mais do que 10 minutos até aqui). Em novo contato me responderam (quase 10 minutos depois) que iriam ver com o entregador o que ocorreu. Tive que questionar novamente pois não houve retorno e me disseram que chegaria em 5 minutos (levou 15) e ainda informaram que atrasou porque o cliente anterior não atendia (já tinha passado 45 minutos. O entregador ficou meia hora esperando???). Enfim, pagamos taxa de entrega pela entrega e não para um rota de entrega, que é o que o restaurante fez. o pedido era (era...) para comemoração de aniversário de casamento. Comemos hamburguer...
Na boa, se não tem capacidade para entregar então fecha a loja no Ifood, melhor do que fazer o cliente passar por isso.
Detalhe, em momento algum do chat houve qualquer pedido de desculpa, nada! Ou seja, nada anormal....
Terrible. I placed the order through Ifood and the order left for "delivery" well after the estimated time of arrival. The chat only told me "JA SAIU", even in bold letters. Half an hour later nothing arrives (it doesn't take more than 10 minutes here). In a new contact, they replied (almost 10 minutes later) that they would see what happened with the delivery man. I had to ask again because there was no return and I was told it would arrive in 5 minutes (it took 15) and they still informed me that it was delayed because the previous customer did not answer (45 minutes had already passed. Did the delivery man wait half an hour ???). Anyway, we pay delivery fee for delivery and not for a delivery route, which is what the restaurant did. the request was (was ...) for a wedding anniversary celebration. We eat hamburger ...
In fact, if you don't have the capacity to deliver then close the store at Ifood, better than making the customer go through it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima experiência que tive, foi a primeira e última vez, fiz um pedido de mais, de R$ 100,00 em comida japonesa, e veio tudo frio, oleoso, e sem sabor, reclamei no mesmo dia e posteriormente, e de nada adiantou. Pelas fotos nem precisaria comentar, já se fala por si mesmo.
A bad experience I had, it was the first and last time, I ordered more, for R$ 100.00 in Japanese food, and everything came cold, oily, and tasteless, I complained on the same day and later, and nothing advanced. I don't even need to comment on the photos, it already speaks for itself.
