It is not reliable. If you place an order for an application they do not deliver, the phone does not work and you cannot cancel the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi o yakissoba super atrasado e azedo. Liguei pedindo para voltarem para pegar e devolver meu dinheiro... disseram que em alguns minutos voltariam. Estou à dias esperando. Ninguém nem me liga para dar uma satisfação.
I received the yakissoba super late and sour. I called asking them to come back to get and return my money... they said they would be back in a few minutes. I've been waiting for days. Nobody even calls me to give an answer.

Comrade price (especially if you consider other restaurants in the same segment), friendly attendants and delicious food (I tried the vegetable yakisoba and cheese roll for R $ 14.00 if I'm not mistaken)

Minha esposa é eu tivemos o azar de realizar o pedido no ifood nesse restaurante, lá deram pra de entrega de 45 minutos, sinalizaram no aplicativo que o motoqueiro estava a caminho, ao ligar para o restaurante recebemos a mesma informação, 20 minutos depois ao solicitar atualização no chat fomos informado que o pedido ainda estava sendo preparado, isso uma hora e quarenta após ter feito o pedido, ao solicitar o cancelamento ao restaurante deixaram de nos responder no chat, ao ligar no restaurante somos atendido por uma pessoal totalmente despreparada que não sabe lidar com a situação é coloca o telefone na mesa e nos deixa de responder. 2 horas e meia depois de ter feito o pedido conseguir contato com o atendimento do ifood e o pedido foi cancelado. Lamentável o atendimento desse restaurante.
Lousy service. My wife and I were unlucky enough to place an order at ifood at this restaurant, there was a 45 minute delivery time, they signaled on the app that the biker was on the way, when calling the restaurant we received the same information, 20 minutes later when requesting update in the chat we were informed that the request was still being prepared, that one hour and forty after having made the request, when requesting the cancellation to the restaurant they stopped responding to us in the chat, when calling in the restaurant we are attended by a totally unprepared staff who did not he knows how to deal with the situation and puts the phone on the table and stops responding. 2 and a half hours after placing the order, get in touch with ifood's customer service and the order was canceled. The service of this restaurant is unfortunate.
