★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo ir na unidade do Shopping Barra. Mesmo sendo empresas iguais a qualidade de uns itens são diferentes. Como o tipo de arroz, formato e finalização. Isso é ruim pois denigre a marca. Fora isso é um ambiente caro. Se estamos investimos em algo temos que ter retorno similar. Independente estava gostoso. E hoje não teve muitas opções (11/05/2021) não sei se foi pelo horário 14:00 ou por outro motivo.
I usually go to the Shopping Barra unit. Even though companies are the same, the quality of some items is different. Like the type of rice, format and finish. This is bad because it denigrates the brand. Other than that it is an expensive environment. If we are investing in something, we must have a similar return. Independent was tasty. And today I didn't have many options (11/05/2021) I don't know if it was at 2:00 pm or for another reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, compramos 2kg de frango xadrez, e o frango tava meio cru, cebola e pimentão cru. O molho agridoce com gosto de vinagre. Reclamamos e trouxeram outro igualzinho, ainda levamos lição de moral como se o frango xadrez se comesse com o frango meio cru mesmo.
Terrible, we bought 2kg of chess chicken, and the chicken was half raw, raw onions and peppers. The sweet and sour sauce tastes like vinegar. We complained and they brought another one just like it, we still took a moral lesson as if the chess chicken was eaten with the chicken half raw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção não recomendo o do shopping da bahia, resto de comida a noite, não encontrei rolinho de queijo e perguntei se tinha a funcionária disse que gritaria em 5 min, e fiquei aguardando, tive a surpresa desagradável a comer o primeiro pedaço pois tentaram aquecer o rolinho, porém dentro ficou gelado, mas tava para sentir que já tinha sido feito e só estavam tentando reutilizar. Péssima experiência.
Disappointment I don't recommend the one at the mall in bahia, leftover food at night, I didn't find a cheese roll and asked if there was the employee said she would scream in 5 minutes, and I was waiting, I had the unpleasant surprise to eat the first piece because they tried to heat the roll, but inside it was cold, but it felt like it had already been made and they were just trying to reuse. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi yakisoba e a atendente disse que era de 1 kilo, pra começar a atendente não quis nem atender agente, perguntamos sobre o prato e ela respondeu a gente numa grosseria! Quando veio o meu pedido eles erraram a contagem dos pratos e ainda erraram o refrigerante. O yakisoba tava frio, todo cortado em pedacinhos, parecia velho... eu tava doida pra pedir meu dinheiro d volta mas deixei pra lá. Péssima experiência!
I ordered yakisoba and the attendant said it was 1 kilo, to start with the attendant didn't even want to answer us, we asked about the dish and she answered us rudely! When my order came, they got the dishes wrong and the soda was wrong. The yakisoba was cold, all cut into pieces, it looked old... I was dying to ask for my money back but I let it go. Bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, pedi um frango xadrez e veio cru e com gosto de vinagre, todos os legumes faltando cozinhar. A cebola estava ácida. Pedir para trocar e quando trouxeram um novo frango, ainda faltava cozinhar e tive de escutar da cozinheira que a culpa foi minha que não especifiquei que queria bem passado. Nunca vi frango mal passado, nem frango xadrez cru!!! Não recomendo.
Terrible, I ordered a chess chicken and it came raw and tasted like vinegar, all the vegetables missing cooking. The onion was acidic. Asked to change and when they brought a new chicken, it still had to cook and I had to hear from the cook that it was my fault that I didn't specify that I wanted it well done. I've never seen rare chicken, nor raw chess chicken!!! I do not recommend.
