★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência como inquilino! Devido a pandemia, foi necessário a rescisão contratual do imóvel locado. A imobiliária por intermédio de seu "jurídico" seguiu à risca todas as clausulas sem nenhuma flexibilidade, além de agirem de má fé na vistoria com o objetivo de fechar a conta no valor total do título dado como garantia, para não dizer que não devolveram nada, veio R$4,50 de R$7.500,00 num contrato cumprido 7 meses. Frustrante ter tanto prejuízo já com um negócio que não progrediu e ainda assinar uma devolução de título de quase 100% para a conta corrente dessa imobiliária.
