Em atendimento telefônico são os piores a pessoa que atende não sabe dar informações, fala que será dado retorno pelo corretor, mas não acontece. Sinceramente profissionalismo zero, atendimento zero, ou seja não sei pq ainda funciona.
Poor service, no return and when the delay is absurd !! In telephone answering, the person who answers does not know how to give information, says that the broker will provide feedback, but it does not happen. Honestly zero professionalism, zero service, that is, I don't know why it still works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, faz 2 semanas que estou entrando em contato para visitar um imóvel e a pessoa que atende diz que passara para um corretor que entrará em contato, mas isso nunca acontece. Infelizmente o imóvel está somente nessa imobiliária, fico com pena do dono da casa, sabendo que tem pessoa querendo alugar o imóvel mas a imobiliária não consegue dar uma atenção.
Lousy service, I have been contacting to visit a property for 2 weeks and the person who attends says that he will pass it on to a broker who will contact him, but that never happens. Unfortunately the property is only in this real estate, I feel sorry for the owner of the house, knowing that there is a person who wants to rent the property but the real estate company is unable to pay any attention.

Atendimento péssimo, não respondem, não retornam, deixam você no vácuo. Atendimento desrespeitoso com cliente que cumpre com suas obrigações corretamente.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO!!! Informa que o corretor vai te chamar e nuca que acontece. Não informa nem a localização ou se ainda está disponível. NÃO SEI PORQUE FAZ PROPAGANDA, SE NÃO GOSTA DE ATENDER.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Inform that the broker will call you and never that happens. It doesn't even say the location or if it's still available. I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DO ADVERTISING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO ATTEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, precisa implorar por atendimento, ainda mais se seu limite de compra não for tão relevante para a imobiliária. Atendimento péssimo, não teve o menor interesse em ajudar a localizar um imóvel com meu perfil. Não recomendo para ninguém, existem milhares de corretores comprometidos e com vontade de ajudar/ganhar, diferente dessa empresa.
Bad experience, you have to beg for service, even more so if your purchase limit is not so relevant to the real estate company. Terrible service, had no interest in helping to locate a property with my profile. I don't recommend it to anyone, there are thousands of brokers committed and willing to help/win, unlike this company.
