They don't answer the phone and the service is terrible but the prices are cheaper it could be much better if the employees were more active and helpful it seems they don't want to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, fui a loja comprar um tapete pro meu carro e a pessoa que me atende disse que não tinha lá, mas iria fazer o pedido de outra loja e chegaria em 30 minutos. Resumindo esperei mais de 1Hr e não chegou ?. Fico irritado com essa falta de transparência. Enquanto estava esperando já estava fazendo planos de retornar em outra oportunidade pra fazer alguns serviços no meu veículo, porém depois disso não retornarei mais lá e nem indicarei pra ninguém.
Terrible, I went to the store to buy a rug for my car and the person who answered me said they didn't have it there, but I would order from another store and it would arrive in 30 minutes. In short, I waited more than 1Hr and it didn't arrive ?. I am irritated by this lack of transparency. While I was waiting, I was already making plans to return at another opportunity to do some services on my vehicle, but after that I will not return there and I will not recommend it to anyone.
