No dia 7 de março quis efetuar a troca do produto por tamanho P, a bermuda foi trocada, a camisa não por alegação que ela tinha sido usada. A loja não consta livro de reclamações do consumidor, avisos obrigatórios de telefones do Procon. A gerente foi omissa na questão, colocando o vendedor para atuação que seria função dela. Pediu. Para que eu fizesse uma reclamação num caderno comum. Perde a loja e perde o shopping.
