Comprei uma pulseirinha de couro com fechamento de ima, para presentear uma criança, meu neto.
Ele usou a pulseira uns minutos e ela quase desapareceu, porque o sistema de ima no fecho não funciona.
Quis trocar a pulseira na loja do BH shopping, por outro modelo.
Vendedores se recusaram, alegando um microscópico arranhão no couro, da peça, que, basicamente não foi usada.
Vão levá-la para manutenção com prazo de 1 mês!!!
Mais triste a indelicadeza e insensibilidade no trato c cliente.
Bad experience.
I bought a leather bracelet with a magnet, as a gift to a child, my grandson.
He wore the bracelet for a few minutes and it almost disappeared, because the magnet system on the clasp doesn't work.
I wanted to exchange the bracelet at the BH shopping store for another model.
Sellers refused, claiming a microscopic scratch on the leather, which was basically unused.
They will take it for maintenance within 1 month!!!
Sadder is the rudeness and insensitivity in dealing with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, todos as pessoas que me atenderam foram grosseiras e com extrema má vontade. O produto que comprei arrebentou na garantia, com apenas duas semanas de uso,
demoraram quase três meses para soldar e ainda se negaram a repor o pingente que se perdeu. E pela pilha de pedidos que retornam da oficina, parece bastante comum que as peças estraguem. Definitivamente, não recomendo.
Terrible service, all the people who attended me were rude and extremely unwilling. The product I bought broke the warranty, with just two weeks of use,
it took them nearly three months to weld and even refused to replace the lost pendant. And from the pile of orders returning from the shop, it seems quite common for parts to break down. Definitely not recommend.

Um outro anel que comprei lá, a mesma coisa. Produtos de baixíssima qualidade, e péssimo suporte da marca no pós-venda.
I bought my rings there and they broke within 3 months. I had to pay for the repair and within 15 days they broke again.
Another ring I bought there, same thing. Low quality products, and poor after-sales support from the brand.
