★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém. Pior experiência possível. O vendedor passou um valor do freezer por telefone. Viajei e fui pra fechar negócio o preço era outro (mais caro claro). Prometaram entregar num dia (escrito em contrato) e não cumpriram com a palavra. Péssimo é pouco pra zanotti. Decepção total.
 I do not recommend it to anyone. Worst experience possible. The seller has a value of the freezer by phone. I traveled and went to close business the price was another (more expensive of course). They promised to deliver in one day (written by contract) and did not keep the word. Evil is little to zanotti. Total disappointment.

Promessas mentirosas, produtos entregados totalmente errados, fora de medidas, totalmente fora do projeto que eles mesmos oferecem aos clientes. Quando você procura a loja pra fazer uma compra eles faltam pouco de carregar no colo e virão uma sarna pra te vender. Na hora de fazer entrega e darem assistência, te ignoram, não retorna mensagem e nem ligações, trata o cliente com a maior falta de respeito. Não recomendo está loja nem para a pior pessoa que existir na face da terra. Se conselho fosse bom a gente venderia, mas minha recomendação é para que qualquer pessoa que pesquisar sobre a loja antes de comprar leia minha avaliação e passe bem longe dessa loja de baixa qualidade em todos os aspectos.
The worst experience I've ever had in a store! In all aspects. Liar promises, products delivered totally wrong, out of measure, totally out of the design that they themselves offer to customers. When you go to the store to make a purchase, they will have little to carry on your lap and a scab will come to sell you. When it comes to delivering and giving assistance, they ignore you, do not return messages or attachments, treats the customer with the greatest lack of respect. I do not recommend this shop or the worst person that exists on the face of the earth. If advice is good we would sell, but my recommendation is for anyone who searches the store before buying to read my rating and pass well away from that low quality store in every respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte do projetista, propaganda enganosa , cheguei a fazer uma conferência mas não cumprem as datas para o projeto, do primeiro contato até o último, quase trinta dias e 3 datas para o envio e até agora nada . Quando pedi o telefone do SAC não obtive mais resposta alguma. Tenho todas as conversas no Watzapp. Não recomendo!
Bad service by the designer, false advertising, I even made a conference but they do not meet the dates for the project, from the first contact to the last, almost thirty days and 3 dates for sending and so far nothing. When I asked for the telephone number for the SAC, I didn't get any more response. I have all the conversations on Watzapp. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc que é pequeno, inexperiente no ramo mas com vontade e quer abrir um comercio em um local pequeno, vc não é cliente para a Zanotti . Eles só querem os grandes, com experiência no ramo vai abrir e que tenham dinheiro .
Por duas vezes tentei alguma ajuda com essa empresa. Na primeira em 2017 queria abrir um empório e agora semana passada uma casa de carnes . Primeiro liga uma pessoa do pré-venda e as primeiras perguntas é o tamanho do local e se tenho experiência no ramo . Nas duas situações perceberam que não tinha e deram um jeito de me despistar . Na primeira o rapaz disse que precisava atender outra ligação e que me retornava no dia seguinte , porém não retorno. Na segunda falou que após eu assinar o contrato com o espaço que vou alugar eu retorno no Wats app que a atendente ia passar . Cade o Wats app ? Nunca mandaram .
Na primeira resolvi não avaliar pq achei que fosse normal ou o rapaz esqueceu mesmo mas ai com aconteceu de novo, percebi que aparentemente é uma prática da empresa.
Eu fico triste com isso , pois o Brasil é feito de pequenos empreendedores e apoio seria muito bom para iniciarmos e nos tornar grandes um dia . E nesse dia quem deu apoio sempre será lembrando .
You are small, inexperienced in the business but willing and want to open a business in a small place, you are not a customer for Zanotti. They just want the big ones, with experience in the business to open and have money.
Twice I tried some help with this company. At first in 2017 I wanted to open an emporium and now last week a meat shop. First call a pre-sales person and the first questions are the size of the location and whether I have experience in the business. In both situations, they realized that I didn't have it and managed to lose me. At first the boy said that he needed to answer another call and that he would return the next day, but I will not return. In the second he said that after I signed the contract with the space I am going to rent, I return to the Wats app that the attendant was going to pass. Where's the Wats app? They never did.
At first I decided not to evaluate it because I thought it was normal or the boy forgot it but then it happened again, I realized that apparently it is a company practice.
I am saddened by this, because Brazil is made up of small entrepreneurs and support would be very good for us to start and become big one day. And on that day those who gave support will always be remembering.

Comprei uma máquina de gelo w alguns copos e taças e amei .
I liked the variety and was well attended by Patricia despite not having bought much.
I bought an ice machine w some glasses and bowls and loved it.
