Comprei uma cômoda na sexta feira ( 03/01) e até o. momento não foi entregue. Vendo as avaliações anteriores, estou preocupada quanto a montagem.
Delayed delivery ..
I bought a dresser on Friday (1/3) and even. moment has not been delivered. Seeing the previous evaluations, I am concerned about the assembly.

Gostaria de deixar a minha insatisfação em dois aspectos quanto a loja daqui: comprei um produto (cômoda_ atendente Daiane) onde fui bem atendida, porém em nenhum momento fomos comunicados de que entre a entrega e a montagem deveríamos esperar de 10 a 15 dias. A compra foi efetuada no sábado dia 2/8 e achei que no máximo estaria usufruindo do produto, no 5º ou 6º dia útil. Liguei e por duas vezes a atendente (telefonista) foi grossa, sendo que na segunda vez, HOJE ÀS 16h ela debochou. Atualmente uma compra pela internet chega em até 3 dias. Fica aqui notado que esta compra foi a primeira e a última. Obrigada!
Good afternoon! I am the teacher Ana Claudia in Sertãozinho. I would like to leave my dissatisfaction in two respects about the store here: I bought a product (dresser_ attendant Daiane) where I was well attended, but at no time were we told that between delivery and assembly we should wait 10 to 15 days. The purchase was made on Saturday 2/8 and I thought that at most would be enjoying the product, on the 5th or 6th business day. I called and twice the attendant (operator) was rude, and the second time, today at 16h she mocked. Currently an internet purchase arrives within 3 days. It is noted here that this purchase was the first and last. Thank you!
