Bom, nas férias de julho decidi comprar uma bota. Fui direto para a Zatta que estava recheada de promoções chamativas.
Comprei uma bota, em menos de 2 meses (poucas vezes usada) a bota já descascou. Parece que estava há muito tempo guardado e por isso estragou.
Paguei R$150 em uma bota para usar 2 meses apenas.
O pior de tudo é que não sei onde está a nota fiscal e o pagamento foi no dinheiro. Não tenho como ir na loja reclamar.
Fui no Reclame aqui e tinham inúmeros comentários parecidos com o meu. E infelizmente a empresa não está nem aí para os seus clientes. Todas as reclamações não foram respondidas.
 I was mega upset about the products.
Well, in July vacation I decided to buy a boot. I went straight to Zatta, which was full of flashy promotions.
I bought a boot, in less than 2 months (rarely used) the boot has been peeled. It looks like it had been stored a long time ago and so it spoiled.
I paid $ 150 in a boot to use 2 months only.
Worst of all, I don't know where the invoice is and the payment was in cash. I can't go to the store to complain.
I went to Complain here and they had numerous comments similar to mine. And unfortunately the company doesn't care about its customers. All complaints were not answered.
