★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me servi de arroz primavera, que estava totalmente ressecado. O frango xadrez que haviam acabado de colocar no buffet, estava com os pimentões e cebolas completamente crus. O tempurá de abobrinha, eu não conseguia cortar nem com a faca de serrinha, de tão ressecado. Além de tudo isso, a comida totalmente fria, sem gosto de nada. Me arrependi muito de ter escolhido almoçar neste local. A única coisa de bom foi a atendente gentil, que não tinha troco na hora, e veio me trazer na mesa, alguns minutos depois.

The zucchini tempura, I could not even cut with the sawdust knife, so dry. On top of all this, the food was totally cold, tasteless at all. I regretted having chosen to have lunch at this place. The only good thing was the gentle attendant, who had no change at the time, and came to bring me to the table a few minutes later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cardápio sempre incompleto, a rede já não é muito boa em sua fama, está unidade em particular me parece uma das piores que já vi. Sempre falta algo, e o sabor dos pratos que tem a para servir são sempre sem graça. Não vale a pena nem o valor de 19,90 reais o self service até um kilo.
Always incomplete menu, the network is no longer very good in its fame, this particular unit seems to me one of the worst I've ever seen. Something is always missing, and the taste of the dishes you have to serve is always bland. Not even the value of 19.90 reais the self service up to a kilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fazem propaganda enganosa falando que você pode se servir a vontade por 24,90 até 1 kilos, mas se passar 1 grama eles querem cobrar 50,00 reais a mais e não tem nada especificando isso, além de ter um péssimo atendimento que estragou o meu dia e também a comida é horrível lugar sujo e mal organizado, o salmão tem gosto de azedo.
Horrible, they make misleading advertising saying that you can help yourself for 24.90 to 1 kilos, but if you spend 1 gram they want to charge 50.00 reais more and there is nothing specifying that, besides having a bad service that spoiled my day and also the food is horrible dirty and poorly organized place, the salmon tastes sour.

Fiz meu pedido as 12:30. Avisando que eu receberia até as 13:28.
Minha comida chegou às 14:00,hrs
Pedi um yakisoba que veio sem carne e sem frango.
Liguei para reclamar e fui avisada que receberia outro.
Liguei novamente as 15:20 e fui informada que já tinham saído com meu pedido.
Que só chegou às 16:00.

It was one of the worst experiences I had when ordering food.
I placed my order at 12:30. Warning that I would receive until 13:28.
My food arrived at 14: 00 hrs
I ordered a yakisoba that came without meat and without chicken.
I called to complain and was told I would receive another.
I called again at 15:20 and was informed that they had already left with my order.
That only arrived at 16:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! O sushi estava com gosto horrível de cinza de cigarro. Tô até hoje traumatizada com aquele gosto horrível. Além disso, a caixa ficou no celular atendendo uma ligação e me fez esperar pra que eu pudesse efetuar o pagamento. Nossa, nunca mais!
( foi a primeira experiência no Jin Jin do West Plaza ) eu sempre comi no do shopping Tiete Plaza e sempre gostei muito.

Terrible! The sushi tasted awful like cigarette ash. I'm traumatized to this day by that horrible taste. In addition, the cashier was on the cell phone answering a call and made me wait so I could make the payment. Wow, never again!
( It was my first experience at Jin Jin at West Plaza ) I always ate at Tiete Plaza shopping mall and I always enjoyed it a lot.

Despite not being super hot I thought the food was good. I had lunch around 1pm and I didn't eat anything else. I got home and started to feel sick until now! Food was spoiled! I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 3 Yakssobas pelo Ifood, meu pedido chegou frio, todo revirado e com o molho na sacola e não na embalagem, liguei no restaurante para reclamar e me disseram que a culpa era do motoboy e nada poderia ser feito. Também questionei a quantidade da comida ( bem pouca) e fui informado que tinha 500 gramas em cada embalagem, disse que não tinha 300 e um funcionário ao fundo disse que eu era maluco
I asked 3 Yakssobas for Ifood, my order came cold, all overturned and with the sauce in the bag and not in the packaging, I called in the restaurant to complain and they told me that it was motoboy's fault and nothing could be done. I also questioned the amount of food (very little) and was told that I had 500 grams in each package, said I didn't have 300 and one employee in the background said I was crazy
