★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cai toda hora, mas geralmente volta no mesmo dia, a da Vianorte caia e demorava até 2 dias para voltar. Em Janaúba todas são péssimas, não tem muito o que fazer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas as operadoras de internet já contratei, essa sem dúvida foi a pior de todas. Horrível. Uma internet de 10mb muitas vezes não consegue ver um vídeo em HD no YouTube. Sem contar pra jogar online, não da.
Of all the internet operators I have hired, this was undoubtedly the worst of all. Horrible. An internet 10mb often can not see a video in HD on YouTube. Not to mention playing online, it does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço alto, comparado aos concorrentes na cidade, o suporte ao cliente nunca resolve nada, a latência sempre esta alta, com um servidor DNS, que qualquer criança faz em casa.. não vejo a hora do contrato acabar para contratar outra prestadora.
High price, compared to competitors in the city, customer support never solves anything, latency is always high, with a DNS server, which any child does at home.. I can't wait for the contract to end to hire another provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa top com um ótimo suporte, sobre os preços eu não sei dizer se tá caro ou barato, mas pra mim o que importa é a qualidade, estou em Belo Horizonte e mantenho uma escritório em Janauba, tudo que preciso a empresa atende rápido super rápido na verdade, eu não tenho nada a reclamar nunca tive problemas com a Zavaz e tenho a mais de 1 ano já, comunicação fácil com a empresa e ágil, enfim pra mim é a melhor.
