★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único fator negativo pra não ter 5 estrelas foi que, em vários momentos mandei mensagens esperando um orçamento para poder agendar meu atendimento. Nunca fui respondida mesmo 2 meses depois retornando a mesma mensagem, o mesmo aconteceu novamente.
The only negative factor for not having 5 stars was that, at various times, I sent messages waiting for a quote to be able to schedule my service. I was never answered even 2 months later returning the same message, the same thing happened again.

Eu me encontrava em um momento de desespero total, a trancista que tinha marcado 1 mês antes desmarcou comigo faltando um dia para o casamento no qual seria madrinha. E com muito carinho e compreensão vocês me atenderam, e essa atitude naquele momento foi algo muito especial.
Mas há males que vem para o bem.
No salão fui super bem atendida, durante o processo não tiver nenhuma dor, e sempre que parecia que eu estava era perguntado. E o resultado foi melhor do que eu esperava.
Eu super recomendo e quando tiver oportunidade farei tranças novamente.

I was in a moment of total despair, the braid girl who had booked 1 month before canceled with me, missing a day for the wedding in which she would be a godmother. And with great affection and understanding you attended me, and that attitude at that moment was something very special.
But there are evils that come for good.
In the salon I was very well attended, during the process I didn't have any pain, and whenever it looked like I was asked. And the result was better than I expected.
I highly recommend it and when I get the chance I will make braids again.
