★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço das peças que precisei é justo, pedais e cadeado, no entanto o dono é bastante arrogante porque, segundo ele, ele "tem experiência" e não quer ouvir o que o cliente quer falar pois já que ele tem experiência não "precisa ouvir pitaco".
E não, não falei nada desrespeitando ele, somente perguntei se ele tinha duas arruelas para colocar para dar pressão no parafuso que segura o suporte do selim, eu falei que duas arruelas daria jeito, mas ele insistiu que não, que tinha que trocar a rosca e ele falou isso daí de modo agressivo. Então não voltarei lá a menos que seja última opção no momento.
The price of the parts I needed is fair, pedals and padlocks, however the owner is quite arrogant because, according to him, he "has experience" and does not want to hear what the customer wants to say because since he has experience he does not "need to hear pitaco ".
And no, I didn't say anything disrespecting him, I just asked him if he had two washers to put in to put pressure on the screw that holds the saddle support, I said that two washers would be fine, but he insisted that no, that he had to change the thread and he said that aggressively. So I won't be going back there unless it's a last option at the moment.
