★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, fiz um orçamento para trocar toda a carcaça do celular, no dia da entrega do serviço faltou a parte da lanterna, solicitei o abatimento, já que o serviço não estava completo, o técnico recusou fazer o abatimento e disse que se eu quisesse ele desfazia o serviço e entregava o celular da forma que deixei lá. Inacreditável a falta de sensibilidade, empatia.
