★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é razoável, mas a qualidade da roupa é questionável. Comprei uma roupa que encolheu e foi necessário trocar duas vezes. Apesar da troca ter ocorrido sem problemas, houve uma perda financeira porque foi necessário retornar mais duas vezes na loja. Lamentável escolha de comprar na Zinzane!
 The service is reasonable, but the quality of the clothing is questionable. I bought an outfit that shrank and had to change twice. Although the exchange went smoothly, there was a financial loss because it was necessary to return to the store twice more. Regrettable choice to buy at Zinzane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto das roupas, mas infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência na última compra. A vendedora insistia em ficar com a máscara no pescoço (???) e os colegas de trabalho pareciam naturalizar tal comportamento, pois não presenciei ninguém "dando um toque" para que ela ficasse com a proteção de maneira correta. Além disto, colocaram o presente em uma caixa sem me informar previamente que ela tinha um valor a parte. Desnecessário né?!
I like the clothes, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with my last purchase. The saleswoman insisted on having the mask on her neck (???) and her co-workers seemed to naturalize such behavior, as I did not witness anyone "giving a touch" so that she would have the protection correctly. In addition, they placed the gift in a box without informing me previously that it had a separate value. Unnecessary right ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos la! Ao entrar na loja fui muito bem recebida por uma moça do olho verde. Ela chamou uma outra vendedora, mas acredito que ela seja operadora de caixa...não entendi muito bem. Loja limpa roupas maravilhosas. Porém a vendedora me tire a do sério. Ela não parava de falar comigo. Eu não me senti a vontade. Depois de escolher o que eu gostei, fui ao caixa, onde uma moça de óculos nem olhava pra minha cara e 3u ali toda desconcertada. A outa moça que parecia a gerente, me ofereceu o cartão no qual só me deu problemas .tenho há 1 ano. Gosto da loja mas tem que rever algumas coisas...
Let's go! Upon entering the store I was very well received by a girl with green eyes. She called another salesperson, but I believe she is a cashier... I didn't understand very well. Store clean wonderful clothes. But the seller gets me out of my mind. She kept talking to me. I didn't feel comfortable. After choosing what I liked, I went to the cashier, where a girl with glasses wouldn't even look at my face and I was there all confused. The other girl who looked like the manager, offered me the card which only gave me problems. I have had it for 1 year. I like the store but have to review some things...
