Liguei às 11h00 marcando um horário para o primeiro corte do meu bebê na parte da tarde e, chegando lá às quase 15h00, a funcionária que estava lá falou que estavam sem profissional que realizasse corte (serviço qual deixei MARCADO com horário, meu nome e nome do meu filho, por orientação da própria). Ela afirmou veementemente ao telefone que haveria sim alguém realizando corte, a partir das 13h00 e sugeriu deixar marcado um horário, pro caso de não "perder a vaga". Fui totalmente LESADA pois só fui ao shopping com esse intuito (sem contar o transtorno de sair com um bebê, enfrentar trânsito, agonia de encontrar vaga no estacionamento, etc.) paguei estacionamento EM VÃO e não tiveram ao menos a decência de me ligar informando antes o " IMPREVISTO". A funcionária de uma postura completamente ridícula, pagando de "desentendida" como se não tivesse sido ela que havia falado comigo ao telefone, como se não soubesse o que estava acontecendo ali ...
Total lack of RESPECT and COMMITMENT to the customer. I called at 11:00 am to make an appointment for my baby's first cut in the afternoon and, arriving there at almost 3:00 pm, the employee who was there said that there was no professional to perform a cut (service which I left MARKED with a time, my name and name of my son, at her own direction). She vehemently stated on the phone that there would indeed be someone making a cut, starting at 1 pm and suggested leaving an appointment, in case she didn't "lose the spot". I was totally AFFECTED because I only went to the mall for this purpose (not to mention the inconvenience of going out with a baby, facing traffic, the agony of finding a parking space, etc.) I paid parking IN VAIN and they didn't even have the decency to call me informing me before the "UNFORCEIVED". The employee with a completely ridiculous posture, paying with "misunderstanding" as if she hadn't been the one who had spoken to me on the phone, as if she didn't know what was going on there...
