★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no local vc é bem atendido, mas acredito que deve ter algo a mais do que simples atendimento e cirurgias de castração.
Quando acionados para atendimento na rua com animal atropelado não podem realizar esse serviço, pois é muito triste não podemos ser atendido por um serviço publico restrito, além de terem retirado o atendimento de recolher animal morto em residências, acredito que será possível a melhora desse setor tão importante para a sociedade de São Vicente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico bom, mais estrutura está quase caindo... foi uma moça reclamar que tinha um cachorro bravo de rua querendo morder o pessoal da rua , mas acontece q seu tio o alimentava pq estava morrendo de fome o bicho... foi orientada a não alimentar mais o bicho ... como um lugar q seria pra ajudar os animais pode dar uma solução dessa ... E ela saiu sem solução pra seu caso... q aliás nem é dela pois o bicho é da rua...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente como tudo que é da prefeitura aqui em São Vicente só dá para contar com o básico, local sem estrutura e higiene.
Levei meu gato para ser castrado no local fui bem atendida pelos funcionários porém o local está largado muito triste isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço prestado pelos profissionais é excelente, seja no agendamento, recepção, consulta ou procedimento cirúrgico. É perceptível o cuidado com os pets. O local precisa urgentemente de reforma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe é excelente, as médicas são maravilhosas e super atenciosas, mas a prefeitura deixa a desejar com a estrutura do lugar que é perigoso até para os funcionários que passam o dia todo lá dentro, mas a equipe são perfeitos. Obrigada por todo carinho com os meus BBs.
The staff is excellent, the doctors are wonderful and super attentive, but the city hall leaves something to be desired with the structure of the place, which is dangerous even for the employees who spend all day inside, but the staff are perfect. Thank you for all the love with my BBs.
