 Do not trust your pet to this place. They mistreated my dog to the point that I invaded the room to ask them to stop. I do not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 05 fui levar minha shitsu para banho e tosa higiênica, porém como meu pet tem comorbidades e problemas alérgicos avisei a tosadora para não passar a máquina por conta da alergia, não sou tosadora e nem mto menos sei se usar adaptador ou lâmina alta resolveria? Não resolveu deu alergia logo que coloquei no chão já percebi o incômodo.Liguei hj cedo dia 06 e expliquei para Isis ela lembrou do caso e falou q em uma próxima vez a tosadora já sabe!!! Eu faço a tosa a mto tempo no Petz desde a primeira vez nunca passaram a máquina sempre foi na tesoura eu quiz tentar pq achei o ambiente mto agradável mas pra mim não tive uma boa experiência! Acho q uma vez q o espaço tem veterinário vcs deveriam ter pelo menos visto o tipo de alergia e como ficou e não esperar uma próxima para corrigir eu avisei antes, já levei ela no veterinário as partes íntima está inchadas tomou antialérgico amanhã retorno com ela mas já está medicada não indico vcs me desculpa mora na Vila a 40 anos uma pena vcs terem esse tipo de atendimento obrigada pela atenção.

Day 05 I went to take my shitsu for a shower and hygienic grooming, but as my pet has comorbidities and allergic problems I warned the groomer not to use the machine because of the allergy, I'm not a groomer and I don't even know if using an adapter or a high blade would solve it? It didn't solve my allergy as soon as I put it on the floor I already noticed the discomfort. I called this morning early on the 06th and explained to Isis, she remembered the case and said that in the next time the shearer will know!!! I do the clipping for a long time at Petz since the first time they never passed the machine it was always on the scissors I wanted to try it because I found the environment very pleasant but for me I didn't have a good experience! I think once the space has the vet you should have at least seen the type of allergy and how it was and not wait for the next one to fix it I told you before, I already took her to the vet the intimate parts are swollen took antiallergy tomorrow I will return with her but already I'm medicated I don't indicate you guys I'm sorry I've lived in the village for 40 years it's a pity you guys have this kind of service, thank you for your attention.

Percebi chegando em casa, pois não vi a hora de sair do local, pois estava transtornada de repetir 6 vezes o que queria. Ainda não me forneceu cupom fiscal!
The salesman who calls himself a manager talks too much! Don't listen to what the customer wants. Try to push goods and still sell you the wrong product.
