Great place and excellent service! Every time I go to Clínia Zoovet to take my cockatiel, Mel, I'm very happy! Because my cockatiel has a care with a lot of affection and care. It's amazing! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROCUREM OUTRO LUGAR URGENTE!!! Parece que o lugar é feito para cuidar apenas de roedores. Tive DUAS PÉSSIMAS experiências com aves. Levei uma calopsita em estado de emergência, às 18h, só atenderam a ave às 1 da manhã. Resultado? Faleceu em mãos deles. Me empurraram ainda um raio x (caríssimo) para "saber" o que houve com a ave. Isso foi em dezembro de 2021 e até hoje não me entregaram o tal raio x caríssimo.
A segunda ave também foi uma calopsita em estado de emergencia. Atenderam na hora, mas sequer souberam diagnosticar o que estava havendo. A prova disto foi duas versões completamente adversas de 2 veterinários diferentes. Resultado? Também faleceu. Me devolveram o animal totalmente sujo, visivelmente mal cuidado e lamentavelmente entre a vida e a morte, pior do que chegou.
Todas as vezes as contas ficaram extremamente caras, sem nota fiscal e sempre empurrando internações e outros produtos e medicamentos bem caros. Enquanto não me arrancaram ao menos 1.700 reais de cada vez que fui lá, não se contentaram. PÉSSIMO LUGAR!
FIND ANOTHER PLACE URGENTLY!!! It looks like the place is made to take care of rodents only. I had TWO BAD experiences with birds. I took a cockatiel in a state of emergency, at 18:00, they only attended to the bird at 1:00 in the morning. Result? He died at their hands. They even pushed me an x-ray (expensive) to "know" what happened to the bird. That was in December 2021 and to this day they haven't given me that expensive x-ray.
The second bird was also a cockatiel in a state of emergency. They answered right away, but they didn't even know how to diagnose what was going on. Proof of this was two completely adverse versions from 2 different vets. Result? Also passed away. The animal was returned to me totally dirty, visibly poorly cared for and regrettably between life and death, worse than it arrived.
Every time the bills were extremely expensive, without invoices and always pushing hospitalizations and other very expensive products and medicines. As long as they didn't get at least 1,700 reais from me every time I went there, they weren't satisfied. TERRIBLE PLACE!

IMPOSSIVEL ele ficar estressado.
I took my Syrian Hamster there and I am impressed with the service! The vets are super agile, friendly and make going to the vet stressful for me and my pet. I highly recommend! The store's products are very good and the prices 100% fair. There's even courtesy for patients! Gramarus and cricket! My hamster loved it! If you can, take your pet there! IMPOSSIBLE for him to be stressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, mas tive uma experiência muito ruim lá. Eu perdi duas aves em menos de seis meses, a última foi agora dia 15/02/22, levei meu Pepi (Ring Neck de 1 ano e 4 meses) para emergência, pois ele estava muito prostado e com diarreia, isso no período da manhã. A médica apesar de estar em horário de almoço me recebeu e recomendou a internação, dizendo que faria alguns exames e suspeitava de que o motivo seria um corpo estranho, de pronto concordei. Quando o visitei no domingo, estava bastante estressado e tinha perdido o apetite, perguntei ao médico a situação, este respondeu, que sua aparência era boa, mas não poderia garantir nada e perguntou se poderia fazer um raio-x, e acreditem esse só poderia ser feito na segunda porque o deles estava com defeito. Ao meu ver como a suspeita era de um corpo estranho deveriam ter me avisado antes da internação, pois assim poderia ter levado em outro lugar. Ás 23:00 me avisaram por whatsapp que o colocaram em um respirador, pois sua situação estava pior, nesse horário já estava dormindo e assim que acordei as 7:30 recebi a notícia que ele havia falecido, de imediato não acreditei, por isso corri e fui a clínica, o que mais me decepcionou foi não saber a razão de sua morte e a falta de preocupação dos veterinários em procurar saber, assim bem como não me deram a opção da necrópsia apenas de crema-lo. Agora me pergunto se fosse um ser humano ele teria que esperar por um raio-x, mesmo pagando? e também uma clinica que se diz especializada em animais exóticos não tem nem mesmo um raio-x em funcionamento? além disso não deveria ser feito um exame de sangue e urina para descartar outras doenças?! infelizmente paguei para ele morrer longe de mim...

Now I wonder if it was a human being would he have to wait for an x-ray even paying? and also a clinic that claims to specialize in exotic animals doesn't even have a functioning x-ray? besides, shouldn't a blood and urine test be done to rule out other diseases?! unfortunately I paid for him to die far from me...
