-Internet já foi boa, atualmente é muito lenta e trava muito, sempre da problema que demora mais de dois dias para a chegada de um suporte.
-Bons técnicos, no entanto demora tmb para ir até a sua residencia resolver problemas com a internet.
 - Attendants with good service, however with a grid delay in solving the problem.
-Internet was already good, currently it is very slow and hangs a lot, always due to the problem that it takes more than two days for a support to arrive.
-Good technicians, however it takes tmb to go to your home to solve problems with the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente descompromissados e sem respeito para com o cliente. O caso mais recente foi no sábado dia 18/08/18, onde informei que estava sem internet e fui informado que o problema seria resolvido no mesmo dia, e um técnico seria enviado à minha residência. No entanto, o técnico não apareceu e não recebi nenhuma satisfação. Passei o final de semana sem internet e tive sérios prejuízos por conta disso, pois preciso dela para trabalhar. Sem falar que no dia seguinte, 19/08, minha esposa estava fazendo aniversário e ficou sem poder receber ou enviar mensagens. Muito insatisfeito com o serviço prestado.
Totally uncommitted and without respect for the customer. The most recent case was on Saturday 08/18/18, where I informed that I was without internet and I was informed that the problem would be solved on the same day, and a technician would be sent to my residence. However, the technician did not appear and I received no satisfaction. I spent the weekend without internet and I had serious losses because of that, because I need it to work. Not to mention that the following day, 19/08, my wife was having a birthday and was unable to receive or send messages. Very dissatisfied with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tenho a zrl a alguns anos, era boa mas agora esta horrivel aqui em casa todos os diasi internet cai fica uns 20 minutos sem e volta isso todos os dias e não e uma vez por dia são várias vezes, mas nesse final de semana eles resolveram deixar sem internet mesmo, desde ontem estou sem o internet e até o presente momento nada de internet, tentamos falar com o suporte e nada, o serviço de vcs está horrivel estou muito insatisfeita. Não recomendo a ninguém. E quem souber alguma boa me indica pq já toh querendo mudar.
I've had zrl for a few years, it was good but now it's horrible here at home every day, the internet goes down for about 20 minutes without and back every day and not and once a day are several times, but this weekend they they decided to leave without internet, since yesterday I am without internet and so far no internet, we tried to talk to the support and nothing, the service of you guys is horrible I am very dissatisfied. I don't recommend it to anyone. And anyone who knows any good will tell me why I already want to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuo a internet a quase 6 anos, antes indicava, falava bem do atendimento, do suporte, passei um tempo sem ela, somente no bloqueio e quando retornei solicitei o retorno do serviço, de lá para cá a internet começou a ter instabilidade, o atendimento ao cliente começou a cair, o suporte deixou de acontecer e quando acontecia não tinha solução, um chamado tornou-se de no máximo uma hora, para dias se eles vierem! NÃO INDICO A MAIS NINGUÉM!
Eles não estão nem aí pra gente agora!
O meu eu cancelei!
Cancelei as 4 estrelas para Uma 1 prq n tem a opção de dá zero 0 como nota!

I have had the internet for almost 6 years, before it indicated, spoke well of the service, the support, I spent some time without it, only in the block and when I returned I requested the return of the service, since then the internet started to have instability, the service the customer started to fall, the support stopped happening and when it happened there was no solution, a call became a maximum of one hour, for days if they come! I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE ELSE!
They don't care about us now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou ficando insatisfeito, pois tinha 5 megas, como estava lenta troquei para 10 megas, mas a qualidade está muito ruim. Já chamei os "técnicos" ,que não fazem nada x nada, mas sempre dizem que está boa. Reclamei do ping, mas não resolvem. ZRL, Resolvam isto!

I'm getting dissatisfied, because I had 5 megs, as I was slow I switched to 10 megs, but the quality is very bad. I already called the "technicians", who do nothing x anything, but always say it is good. I complained about the ping, but they don't solve it. ZRL, solve this!
