Paguei 130,00 reais para instalar o aparelho, serviço de instalação do modem, péssimo. É ainda falam que tem rede 5G, nem as grandes operadoras como Oi, Claro, Tim, Vivo têm 5G, imagine uma "internet de bairro". Acho que eles conseguiram da Lua. Usam um aparelho da Vivo fibra ótica, mas a rede deles ainda é cabeada Rj45. Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perdi conexão as 16 da tarde (ja tem mais de uma semana que ela vem caindo ou ficando ruim, TODOS OS DIAS), as 18 disseram que tinham técnico na minha rua e me fizeram aguardar, às 20 disseram que estavam encerrando serviço, falta de profissionalismo total.

A cerca de oito meses, tanto na empresa, quanto em casa, a internet passou a ser instável. Cai o tempo todo e quando funciona, é muito lenta.
Não façam de forma alguma. Só estresse e dor de cabeça.
O suporte é péssimo, só sabem pedir para desligar o roteador e te ludibriam dizendo que vão mandar um "técnico" ao local, e esse nunca chega.
