A minha experiência com a ZuHaouse do tivoli shopping, foi excelente do momento em que entrei na loja até a entrega dos móveis em minha residência. Vendedoras super prestativas e educadas, ouvem o que o cliente quer e te ajudam nas decisões, o pós vendas pelo WhatsApp também foi excelente, no mesmo dia em que recebi meus móveis a Renata entrou em contato perguntando se tinha dado tudo certo na entrega. Entregadores foram muito educados e prestativos na montagem do ambiente.
Recomendo, e já é uma das minhas lojas favoritas na parte de móveis e decoração.
Excellent service, pleasant and comfortable store environment.
My experience with ZuHaouse at tivoli shopping was excellent from the moment I entered the store until the furniture was delivered to my home. Super helpful and polite salespeople, they listen to what the customer wants and help you make decisions, the post-sales through WhatsApp was also excellent. On the same day I received my furniture, Renata got in touch asking if everything had gone right with the delivery. Delivery people were very polite and helpful in setting up the environment.
I recommend it, and it's already one of my favorite furniture and decor stores.
