Compramos o aparelho de internet móvel, com chip.
No início estava bem, agora não funciona, faço o pagamento e dois dias diz que utilizamos todo .
Nessa face de Pandemia trabalhando em.casa não consigo realizar.
Minha esposa já foi conversar na.loja e nada de apoio,.e cobram R$180 se cancelar .
Uma.vergonha.

Um gestor que diz ter 10 anos de gestão, dizer ao candidato na frente de todos que vc não tem perfil. Me desculpe que não tem PERFIL é você que chama as pessoas ser ler o currículo.
Que tipo de gestor uma empresa tão qualificado na comunicação coloca a frente de uma loja uma pessoa ruim.
Imagina o que ele não faz com a equipe.

Não sabiam informações q eu solicitava e qdo fui comprar o chip, só pq estava com carteira digital,a atendente disse q o sistema nao estava lendo qrcode. Agora, se eu estivesse comprando um telefone de 5k, com certeza seria diferente. Nota 0 para o atendimento
Attendants unwilling to answer, just because I just wanted a chip. They didn't know the information I requested and when I went to buy the chip, just because I had a digital wallet, the attendant said the system wasn't reading qrcode. Now if I were buying a 5k phone it would definitely be different. Note 0 for service
