Terrible service. I've been on the line for 2 hours trying to complain that my internet is not working but so far nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ depois que mudou de nome a empresa ficou terrível não consigo mais falar nos telefones,minha internet não funciona,é uma pena mesmo mas terei que mudar a operadora de internet para não ter mais aborrecimentos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o envio da fatura por e-mail (2 vezes), mas isso não aconteceu e pelo terceiro mês vim ao escritório pagar pessoalmente e perguntar porque eu não recebia-as por e-mail. As secretárias não sabem responder nada sem subir a escada e perguntar para o gestor. Fechei um novo plano de internet e eles não me forneceram uma cópia do contrato, pois as secretárias não sabiam como imprimir e também não sabia como me enviar por e-mail. Outro funcionário veio e também não resolveu. Subiram até o gestor e nada. O ambiente do escritório parece um churrasco, com funcionários falando muito alto, dando risada e fazendo piadas o tempo todo. Em especial uma secretária loira que falava muito, mas muito alto e fazia piadas com todos os funcionários que passavam pela mesa dela. Sem exceção. Inclusive conversava, tirava dúvidas também fazia piadas com os funcionários de outra sala em frente a recepção!!! Tudo isso ao berros é claro, que respondiam prontamente gritando e fazendo piadas de volta. Ambiente animadíssimo e eu saí sem contrato. Mas atualizaram meu e-mail e parece que agora receberei minha fatura por lá.
I asked to send the invoice by email (2 times), but it didn't happen and for the third month I came to the office to pay in person and ask why I didn't receive them by email. Secretaries cannot answer anything without going upstairs and asking the manager. I closed a new internet plan and they didn't provide me with a copy of the contract as the secretaries didn't know how to print and also didn't know how to email me. Another employee came and didn't solve it either. They went up to the manager and nothing. The office environment feels like a barbecue, with employees talking very loudly, laughing and joking all the time. Especially a blonde secretary who talked a lot, but very loudly and made fun of every employee who passed her desk. No exception. He even talked, answered questions and joked with the employees in another room in front of the reception!!! All this by screaming of course, who responded promptly by shouting and joking back. Very lively atmosphere and I left without a contract. But they updated my email and it looks like I will now receive my invoice over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, pouco problema e normalmente atendimento bom e rápido agora com a mudança ficou péssimo ,atendimento não existe mais, pedi ajuda de suporte além de horas para responder ainda responde de madrugada!!
It used to be good, little problem and usually good and fast service, now with the change it was terrible, service doesn't exist anymore, I asked for support help in addition to hours to respond, still responds at dawn!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mais você precisa da internet ela não tem sinal, ligo para o número que me passaram e falam que esse telefone no momento não está disponível, que situação chata, cada dia que passa fica mais difícil.
When you need the internet the most, it has no signal, I call the number they gave me and they say that this phone is not available at the moment, what a boring situation, every day that passes gets more difficult.
