★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na loja é ótimo mas pós atendimento é péssimo. Minha escrivaninha chegou cheia de defeito e soltando uma parte que precisa ser trocada.
Ligo e falo com a vendedora , prometem que vão trocar mas não trocam. Passam telefone , WhatsApp mas ninguém atende e retorna.
Péssima escolha que fiz!!!
Service at the store is great but after service is terrible. My desk arrived full of defect and loose a part that needs to be replaced.
I call and talk to the seller, they promise they will exchange but they don't. They pass phone, WhatsApp but no one answers and returns.
Bad choice I made!!!

We made a purchase for chairs from our office , excellent seller , was very attentive , but the after sale is ZERO , our chairs came loose and some pies . ( PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED UNTIL NOW ) after one year of purchase.
