★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária péssima. Após o aluguel ter sido pago e o comprovante encaminhado. Não só acusaram de falta de pagamento quanto não respondem nos canais de atendimento e ainda por cima ameaçaram despejo e multa.
Após reconhecerem o erro, nem se quer pediram desculpas.
Péssima educação, zero conduta profissional e respeito ao próximo. Não recomendo.
Terrible real estate. After the rent has been paid and the receipt sent. Not only did they accuse them of non-payment, they also did not respond to the service channels, and on top of that they threatened eviction and fines.
After acknowledging the mistake, they didn't even apologize.
Bad education, zero professional conduct and respect for others. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cobrada indevidamente, após ter pago o aluguel adiantado. Fui ameaçada de despejo e multa, sendo que a reponsabilidade do erro foi da imobiliária. Mesmo após todo o constrangimento não recebi um pedido de desculpa se quer. Os canais de atendimento são péssimos, nunca respondem ou terceirizam o atendimento que acaba não acontecendo. Não recomendo, pior experiência com imobiliárias até o momento.
I was wrongly charged after paying the rent in advance. I was threatened with eviction and a fine, and the real estate agency was responsible for the error. Even after all the embarrassment I didn't get an apology at all. The service channels are terrible, they never respond or outsource the service that ends up not happening. Not recommend, worst experience with real estate so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. O atendimento é muito ruim, principalmente por parte do Financeiro, uma pessoa grossa, mal educada. Toda vez que preciso negociar alguma coisa é uma dificuldade enorme, ficam empurrando com a barriga, demorando com o atendimento pra dificultar negociação.
Nesse ultimo ano, iniciaram uma negociação de aumento de aluguel, queriam me cobrar um valor, propus outro não muito menor e ainda me prontifiquei a pagar 1 ano adiantado. Me ignoraram, não terminaram a negociação e pessoa "responsavel" pelo Financeiro começou me cobrar sem se quer eu ter dado aceite na proposta.
Nunca deixei de pagar um mês se quer, mesmo no período da Pandemia, e ao invés de fazerem algo para me manter no imovel, não, acham que estão me fazendo um favor.
Essa imobiliária foi a primeira e ultima vez que me tiveram como um cliente.

They ignored me, they didn't finish the negotiation and the person "responsible" for Finance started to charge me without wanting me to have accepted the proposal.
I never stopped paying a month if you want, even during the pandemic period, and instead of doing something to keep me in the property, no, they think they're doing me a favor.
This real estate agency was the first and last time they had me as a client.
