Pedem documentos desnecessários, dando uma expectativa que o cliente não irá pagar o aluguel, “dando a entender” dessa maneira, não é o procedimento correto, pois nenhuma Imobiliaria tem tanta borocracia como está, sem dizer que a pessoa que cuida das entregas dos documentos é arrogante. Não fazem nada pelos clientes.
Bad real estate, I don't recommend it to anyone. They ask for unnecessary documents, giving an expectation that the customer will not pay the rent, "making it clear" in this way, it is not the correct procedure, as no Real Estate has as much bluntness as it is, not to mention that the person who takes care of the delivery of documents is arrogant. They don't do anything for customers.
