★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Estou alugando um apto com eles e existe vários problemas, fazem corpo mole, temos que consertar tudo por nossa conta, não movem um dedo para contatar a proprietária ou cobrar algo dela. Não façam negócio com essa imobiliária que é dor de cabeça na certa.
Terrible real estate. I am renting an apartment with them and there are several problems, they are soft, we have to fix everything on our own, they do not move a finger to contact the owner or charge her. Do not do business with this real estate company that is a headache for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira impressão não foi boa. Apesar da comissão de 6%, estava sem internet e eu tinha que transportar a corretora até o imóvel para fazer a avaliação. Desisti. Imobiliárias tem aos montes.
First impression was not good. Despite the 6% commission, I had no internet and I had to transport the broker to the property to make the assessment. I gave up. Real estate has a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu imovel pra alugar uma vez, perderam a chave, fizeram outra sem minha autorização impedindo a entrada dos outros corretores. O maior transtorno. Tive que vir de outro estado pra resolver o problema. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo pra ninguém porque foi a maior irresponsabilidade e ninguém arcou com o prejuízo que tomei.
Sucesso imobiliária nunca mais.
I left my property for rent once, they lost the key, they did it again without my authorization preventing the entry of the other brokers. The biggest disorder. I had to come from another state to solve the problem. I will never come back and do not recommend it to anyone because it was the biggest irresponsibility and nobody paid for the damage I took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um imóvel alugado, que todo mês tenho que cobrar o repasse do aluguel no meu contrato o locatário estipulou dia 08 de cada mês para fazer o pagamento, e simplesmente alguns aluguéis eu tenho que entrar em contato e fazer a cobrança e escuto sempre a mesma coisa que devido aos domingos e feriados o repasse demora, hoje é dia 25 e o repasse não acontece. A imobiliária tem de 03 a 5 dias utéis para fazer o repasse e isso não esta ocorrendo.
Não recomendo essa imobiliária.
I have a rented property, that every month I have to charge the transfer of the rent in my contract, the tenant stipulated the 8th of each month to make the payment, and simply some rentals I have to contact and make the collection and I always listen to the same something that due to Sundays and holidays the transfer takes longer, today is the 25th and the transfer does not happen. The real estate agent has 03 to 5 working days to make the transfer and this is not happening.
I do not recommend this real estate.
