★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por segunda via de duas certidões e por incrível que pareça a assinatura que o escrivão Rafael de Souza da Silva Monteiro utilizou esta diferente do banco de dados nacional de escrivaos, ou seja, o cartório de perto da minha casa não quis fazer o reconhecimento público (com razão) dos documentos.
Tentei ligar pro cartório e simplesmente me atenderam e tiraram o telefone do gancho... Fiquei escutando sobre os problemas de visão de uma funcionária com a outra, sobre a segunda via de um documento qualquer etc.
Impossível entrar em contato com eles para que resolvam o problema que eles mesmo criaram.
Pena que o sistema não aceite deixar sem eeestrelas
I paid for a duplicate of two certificates and oddly enough, the signature that the clerk Rafael de Souza da Silva Monteiro used is different from the national database of clerks, that is, the notary near my house did not want to do public recognition (rightly) of the documents.
I tried to call the office and they just answered me and took the phone off the hook... I listened to one employee's vision problems with the other, about the duplicate of any document, etc.
Impossible to contact them to solve the problem they created.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ falta de responsabilidade e comunicação, o horário que está aqui no Google não é o mesmo do cartório e o telefone não serve pra nada, liga ninguém atende e pelo e-mail só respondem quando querem, e só avisam que não tem juiz de paz depois que está pago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de respeito com o cliente, fui dar entrada na habilitação de casamento no dia 22 de novembro de 2021, nos deram o prazo de 45 dias CORRIDOS para a resposta e marcar a data do casamento e pediram para mim entrar em contato dentro de 30 dias, entrei em contato nada ainda depois entrei em contato em Janeiro batendo os 45 dias corridos e me informaram que o cartório estar sem JUIZ DE PAZ, que era para entrar em contato apos dia 21 de janeiro que eles iriam saber sobre a chegada do Juiz, fiz como pediram e me informaram a mesma coisa por e-mail, basicamente a mesma resposta, nunca tem uma resposta concreta, estão simplesmente destruindo sonhos, pela falta tamanha de comprometimento com o cliente hoje faz 65 dias que o processo estar rolando talvez não publicado no diário oficial, só estão enrolando, não resolvem eu irei entrar em contato com a ouvidoria ANOREG, alguma coisa precisa ser feita. Como marcam inumeros de casamentos se não tem juiz de paz no cartório ? uma falta de respeito, eu to super insatisfeita com o serviço, o telefone nunca atendem, OUTROS CARTÓRIOS ja estão realizando cerimonias e só esse cartório estar com os serviços amarrados.
A lack of respect for the client, I went to apply for the marriage license on November 22, 2021, they gave us 45 CALENDAR days to respond and set the wedding date and asked me to get in touch within 30 days, I contacted nothing yet then I got in touch in January hitting the 45 calendar days and they informed me that the notary was without a JUDGE OF PEACE, which was to get in touch after January 21st that they would know about the arrival of the Judge , I did as they asked and I was told the same thing by email, basically the same answer, there is never a concrete answer, they are simply destroying dreams, due to such a lack of commitment to the customer, today it has been 65 days that the process has been going on, maybe not published in the official journal, they're just stalling, they don't solve it, I'll get in touch with the ANOREG ombudsman, something needs to be done. How do they book countless marriages if there's no justice of the peace in the registry office? a lack of respect, I'm super dissatisfied with the service, the phone never answers, OTHER NOTICES are already performing ceremonies and only this notary has the services tied up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desorganizado e lento. Tinham muitos atendentes, mas não davam conta de tanta demanda e demoram muito pra chamar um cliente depois que o anterior sai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento na recepção foi rápido. O segundo atendimento, péssimo , parecia que estava me fazendo um favor. Completa falta de profissionalismo. Redigiu a certidão de nascimento do meu por 3 vezes pela má vontade em fazer seu trabalho de forma correta.
The first service at reception was quick. The second service, terrible, felt like he was doing me a favor. Complete lack of professionalism. He redacted my birth certificate 3 times because of his unwillingness to do his job correctly.
