★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse cartório, como muitos outros aqui em Recife, prestam um péssimo serviço a população. Uma burocracia sem fim. Tudo que se pede é demorado. O telefone esqueça, pois ninguém atende, é só de enfeite. Para efeito de comparação: pior que os cartórios da região metropolitana do Recife só o Detran consegue essa façanha. E tudo que se faz, tanto em um como no outro, é pago e caro, imaginem se fosse de graça?
This registry office, like many others here in Recife, provides a terrible service to the population. Endless bureaucracy. Everything you ask for takes time. Forget the phone, because no one answers, it's just a decoration. For the sake of comparison: worse than the registry offices in the metropolitan region of Recife, only the Detran achieves this feat. And everything that is done, both in one and the other, is paid and expensive, imagine if it were free?
