★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar para saber se uma pessoa tinha firma reconhecida e "pasmem", só pessoalmente, foi a resposta da atendente, informando que eles não vão passar por telefone, ou seja, se vc quiser tirar alguma dúvida, VÁ AO LOCAL, MESMO Q NÃO DÊ EM NADA E VC PERCA SEU TEMPO, pq aqui não há respeito pelo cliente!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, funcionários conversando entre si, máscaras no queixo, fui fazer uma união estável e a pessoa q me atendeu mandou esperar e atendeu o celular e ficou + de 10 min em uma ligação pessoal, falta profissionalismo e respeito pois além de caro os serviços fica parecendo que vc tá pedindo favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra fez neste cartório a documentação de inventário...e achei estranho que depois de pagar várias taxas,a funcionária do cartório deu seu pix pessoal e disse para ela rinha que fazer um pix de mil reais para algumas taxas que estavam faltando..mas qndo ia falar para ela não fazer..disse que tinha que ser diretamente com o cartório e este fornecer recibos das tais taxas..ela já tinha feito o pix para a tal funcionária...aí disse para ela exigir o recibo...e a tal depois de muita insistência fez um recibo simples..sem nome do cartório nenhuma informação relevante colocando somente taxas de cartório...sou catarinense e aqui nunca vi isso acontecer...pagar taxa de cartório por pix de funcionário...para mim isso está muito estranho..mas minha sogra por ter acabado de perder a mãe não quis se incomodar com isto ..mas em abril estarei indo de férias para Recife..e vou tirar esta história a limpo...fica o alerta aos clientes..e que os donos prestem atenção em seus funcionários...
My mother-in-law made the inventory documentation in this notary... and I found it strange that after paying several fees, the notary employee gave her personal pix and told her to make a pix of one thousand reais for some missing fees.. but when I was going to tell her not to do it..I said it had to be directly with the notary and they provide receipts for such fees..she had already made the pix for that employee...then I told her to demand the receipt.. .and that one, after a lot of insistence, made a simple receipt..no name of the notary, no relevant information, putting only notary fees...I'm from Santa Catarina and I've never seen that happen here...paying a notary fee per employee pix.. .for me this is very strange..but my mother-in-law, having just lost her mother, didn't want to bother with it..but in April I'll be going on vacation to Recife..and I'm going to get this story straight... alert to customers..and that owners pay attention to their employees...
