Cartorios em Recifes sao de pessima qualidades, comecando com atendimento, pouca infra instrutura tecnologica, estabelecimentos sujos, professionals SEM EXPERIENCIA, rudes, filas enormes.
Honestamente, ja passei muita raiva em cartorios no recife. Ja fiquei 40 minutes em fila para me dizerem que tinha que agendar uma consulta pois so atendia com hora marcada com o horario do tabeliao. Nao tinham professionals suficientes para atender a quantidade de fluxo de cliente.
Cartorio em Recife ainda tem aquela mentalidade de prestacao de servico do "tempo Imperial"onde o cliente tem que se sujeitar ao tabeliao "Deus".
Espero que um dia os cartorio no Brasil se tornem comercios onde o cliente eh respeitado, onde a competicao com muitos outros estabelecimentos facam que servicos notariais sejam mais acessivel, menos burocratico e mais humano.

PROS: speed, punctuality, respect for the customer, professionals with experience and knowledge of the subject, comfortable ambience, Safe and CLEAN.
Notaries in Recife are of terrible quality, starting with service, little technological infrastructure, dirty establishments, professionals WITHOUT EXPERIENCE, rude, huge queues.
Honestly, I've had a lot of anger with notaries on the reef. I've already spent 40 minutes in line to tell me that I had to schedule an appointment because I only attended appointments with the notary's schedule. They didn't have enough professionals to meet the amount of customer flow.
Notary's office in Recife still has that "Imperial time" mentality of service provision where the client has to submit to the notary "God".
I hope that one day notary offices in Brazil will become businesses where the customer is respected, where competition with many other establishments makes notarial services more accessible, less bureaucratic and more human.
