Vários guichês de atendimento, mas claramente muita enrolação, falta de produtividade total... e ainda te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor para você!! Se não tiver outra alternativa, venha com muuuuiiiita paciência...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre me atendeu muito bem ,mas ultimamente os funcionários do setor de escritura não dão atenção devida e quando a resposta é difícil de ser dada ,derrubam a ligação. Lamentável!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de indicar atendimento até as 17:00 havia chegado as 16:30 e não quiseram me atender. Disseram que ia demorar para fazer a procuração e me mandaram voltar outro dia. Tinha duas pessoas sem fazer nada.
Although I indicated service until 17:00, I had arrived at 16:30 and they didn't want to see me. They said it would take a while to make the power of attorney and told me to come back another day. There were two people doing nothing.

20 dias para agendar um serviço bobo.
Muito ruim.
I needed to do an E-notoriety and I was told they would only do it in 20 days, clearly grudgingly and wanting me to do it somewhere else. It must be a service that pays little.
