Estou indignada, pela falta de respeito com o cidadão, pedi a 2 via de certidão de nascimento da minha mãe, fiz o depósito para busca, dei entrada aqui na capital, e já pago, entrei em contato com o cartório daqui, ainda nem visualizaram o email, ao ligar passa um para o outro, e hoje liguei deixaram eu a escutar ele brincando, rindo e nem sequer deixaram no mudo, uma falta de respeito, estou indignada com esse cartório.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom e rápido. O problema é que tem uma placa informando que aceita cartão de débito mas na hora que fui pagar não aceitaram dizendo que estavam sem a maquininha!? Por sorte eu tinha o dinheiro no bolso, que não é de meu costume. Sempre pago tudo com cartão de débito e priorizo os comércios que aceita essa forma de pagamento. Se eu não tivesse o dinheiro na hora, como seria?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, funcionários não tem a mínima consideração pelas pessoas que procuram os serviços do local, apenas dizem, tem que aguardar, não posso fazer nada, estamos sem sistema, e aí até quando, um setor de serviço ao público vai ficar assim, sem sistema, até quando, o público que vai até lá, normalmente não vai por que quer, mas sim porque precisa, então já é hora de se rever esse atendimento.
