★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conforme reclamações abaixo, tive o mesmo problema com esse cartório. Enrolados, demoram demais para liberar documentos. Simplesmente não retornam quando o cliente, que pagou pelo serviço, pede um prazo para a entrega.
Não indico, existem cartórios que prestam um serviço muito melhor.
As the complaints below, I had the same problem with this office. Curled up, they take too long to release documents. They simply do not return when the customer, who paid for the service, asks for a deadline for delivery.
I do not indicate, there are notary offices that provide a much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência não poderia ser pior! No site informam que é possível fazer uma procuração pública online, mas, ao enviar o email com a solicitação, demoram quase 1 mês para responder. Além disso, me fizeram pagar por uma certidão de nascimento atualizada em 90 dias, que, depois descobri que não era necessária para o serviço requerido.
The experience couldn't be worse! On the website they inform that it is possible to make a public power of attorney online, but, when sending the email with the request, they take almost 1 month to respond. In addition, they made me pay for a 90-day up-to-date birth certificate, which I later found out was not necessary for the required service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que venho neste cartório e fui bem atendido. O horário que marcam é atendem não é preciso, mas Brasil é Brasil... Acredito que a melhor forma de chegar aqui seja por metrô. Se for para retirada de documento, apenas, tem vaga para motos logo a frente.
It's the second time I've come to this registry office and I was well attended. The time they schedule and meet is not necessary, but Brazil is Brazil... I believe that the best way to get here is by subway. If it is for document removal, only, there is space for motorcycles just ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz algumas escrituras com eles ao longo dos anos, mas me decepcionaram. Tive o azar de ser atendida por dois escreventes que me deixaram a ver navios. Mesmo com uma reclamação formal ao Tabelião responsável e a troca do atendente , ambos atrasaram trâmites, não respondiam, ficaram enrolando. Tive que procurar outro Tabelião que resolveu em 25 dias um trâmite que atrasou pelo menos 5 meses por conta dessa enrolação.
Só espero que melhorem o atendimento e voltem a ser a excelência de serviço que eram.
EDIT: Após a resposta de vocês, venho aqui dizer que ficar em isolamento por Covid19 e ter que ficar em repouso por 1 mês, não é nada comparado ao atraso por parte de vocês, cujo atendimento começou em Junho de 2020 e foi até Fevereiro de 2021. Se houve atraso da minha parte foi única e exclusivamente por conta de problemas de saúde. Mas enfim, depois que sai do isolamento e me restabeleci (durante 45 dias), o funcionário que voltou a me atender nos enrolou de Dezembro até Fevereiro de 2021. Tenho todos os e-mails enviados e mensagens por WhatsApp também da "enrolação". Melhorem o atendimento e voltem a ser excelência que eram.
I have written some scriptures with them over the years, but they have disappointed me. I was unlucky to be attended by two clerks who left me to see ships. Even with a formal complaint to the Notary in charge and the change of the attendant, both delayed procedures, did not respond, kept getting involved. I had to look for another Notary Public who solved in 25 days a procedure that delayed at least 5 months because of this mess.
I just hope that they will improve the service and return to the excellence of service that they were.
EDIT: After your answer, I come here to say that being in isolation for Covid19 and having to rest for 1 month, is nothing compared to the delay on the part of you, whose service started in June 2020 and was until February of 2021. If there was a delay on my part it was solely and exclusively because of health problems. But anyway, after I left the isolation and recovered (for 45 days), the employee who came back to assist me rolled us from December to February 2021. I have all the emails sent and messages via WhatsApp also from the "rollover". Improve the service and go back to being the excellence you were.
