★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou advogado, e em meu trabalho já tratei com vários cartórios e sei mais ou menos a dinâmica dos serviços. Se eu pudesse dar um conselho, seria: se puderem optar, NÃO VÃO ao 27°. A incompetência realmente superou minhas expectativas e bateu um recorde em péssimo atendimento: eu precisava de um serviço urgente e, com a promessa de que seria possível fazer, entrei em contato com o atendente do cartório; o atendente promete um prazo, e pediu a documentação; envio a documentação, e para que ele consiga OLHAR os documentos, foi preciso praticamente implorar (várias ligações, e ele sempre falando que olharia depois ou no dia seguinte); além de atrasar sempre que podia, ele sequer ligava de volta ou avisava que iria atrasar; após ultrapassar os prazos que ele prometeu cumprir (inclusive tenho áudios dessas conversas), eu tentei ainda ligar algumas vezes, mas ele sequer atendeu as ligações, falava que estava em reunião, mas jamais retornava.
Realmente, este foi o pior serviço que já recebi em minha vida, e eu jamais recomendaria a qualquer ser humano este cartório.
I'm a lawyer, and in my work I've dealt with several notary offices and I know more or less the dynamics of the services. If I could give a piece of advice, it would be: if you have a choice, DON'T GO to the 27th. The incompetence really exceeded my expectations and set a record for poor service: I needed an urgent service and, with the promise that it would be possible, I got in touch with the clerk at the registry; the clerk promises a deadline, and asks for documentation; sending the documentation, and for him to be able to LOOK at the documents, it was practically necessary to beg (several calls, and he always saying that he would look later or the next day); in addition to being late whenever he could, he didn't even call back or say he was going to be late; after exceeding the deadlines he promised to meet (I even have audios of these conversations), I still tried to call a few times, but he didn't even answer the calls, saying he was in a meeting, but never returning.
Indeed, this was the worst service I have ever received in my life, and I would never recommend this registry to any human being.
