★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegui falar por telefone. Me explicaram que não podem passar a informação de R$ custo por telefone. Fui pessoalmente. Fui bem atendida. Fiz "mil" perguntas e a atendente Monique foi muito paciente e profissional. Tive todas as dúvidas esclarecidas e sai de lá com a informação principal que fui buscar: Qual o R$ custo para fazer o serviço que preciso. Não me sinto nada confortável de ser obrigada a fazer o serviço em um determinado lugar. Acho que deveríamos poder escolher em qual Cartório fazer. Mas, como disse, fui bem atendida no 2º Oficial de Registro de Imóveis de Campinas. Recomendo.

Desculpe mas o cartório é excelente para receber dinheiro pois se não paga nem conversa. A grande questão é justamente um sistema online totalmente ineficiente ficando refém de ligações para consultar status.
Inicialmente após o pagamento recebe um protocolo esse prometendo uma data à qual não é cumprida, a atualização no site é sempre prenotada, devolução ou pronta para retirada, impossibilitando o pagador de saber os trâmites do processo sendo assim obrigado a ligar para equipe de moças super simpáticas que nunca conseguem dar o posicionamento correto.
Sendo assim nada fica transparente a não ser o pagamento.
Péssimo cartório mas infelizmente necessário.
Estamos na torcida de acabar com esse monopólio e cair na grande real de tudo ser online e acabar com a Patifaria que fazerem o que querem.

all day trying to talk to the registry office and the phone barely rings 3 times and they hang up... the line doesn't drop, they just don't answer, they really hang up!!! :(
