★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido rapidamente, sempre com muita educação. Não havia aglomeração ou vilas. Todas as medidas/cuidados quanto à pandemia estavam sendo adotados. Fui duas vezes. Na primeira, a única pessoa com máscara protegendo o queixo era um policial militar, que aguardava ser chamado, lá no fundo, onde é a espera...de resto, sem mais.

Hoje, 15/04/2021 solicitei por meio de um portador uma certidão já que o pedido feito pelo site demoraria a chegar via correios, optei então pelo pedido presencial, além da atendente ficar questionando sobre o pedido feito via site, ao invés de atender o pedido presencial, ainda foi grossa e se recusou a atender a ligação no celular do portador para que eu pudesse explicar que desconsiderasse o pedido via site.
O gerente entrou em contato comigo posteriormente por telefone, e se mostrou solidário com a situação, e pediu pra que eu relatasse tudo o ocorrido, pediu mil desculpas e informou que estaria orientando melhor os funcionários para que não ocorram situações semelhantes.

Atendente não soube me dar informação correta, não sou da área e foi minha primeira vez num cartório de imóveis, então pedi uma matrícula atualizada, levei o contrato para atualizar e a moça ignorou o que eu disse e simplesmente imprimiu a matrícula
Paguei 59,00 por um documento errado.
Tive que pegar novamente uma fila para ser atendida pela segunda vez e tentar resolver o que eu precisava.
Fui atendida pelo Tiago que muito solícito e atencioso, me ajudou e sanou minhas dúvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei meu comentário pois no dia 22/09 recebi uma ligação do escrevente Sr Thiago onde me explicou que as normas do cartório impedem que o cliente tenha mais acesso as informações e prestação de serviço por parte do cartório, quatro estrelas vai para todos os funcionários exclusivamente Sr Thiago que fez questão de me ligar e explicar tudo em detalhes, agora minha avaliação do cartório, não gostei pois a situação de todos no atual momento do país já não é fácil, pedir uma informação ao cartório e ter que pagar? E ainda receber a informação em 7 dias úteis e ser presencial? Aí fica difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É impressionante a falta de educação e cuidado com o próprio entorno pelos funcionários desse cartório. Passam o dia na rua fumando, tomando café e consumindo outras coisas e não tem a decência de jogar no lixo, deixando a rua e a calçada imunda com bitucas de cigarro, maço de cigarro vazio, copos e várias outras coisas, como é possível ver nas fotos. Será que não tem lixo lá dentro? Nunca entrei lá, mas custo a acreditar que deixam o interior do Cartório nessa sujeirada que deixam a rua!
RESPOSTA:
Prezado, há como afirmar, sim, que os dejetos são dos funcionários. Moro no prédio em frente ao cartório e basta observar da janela, por alguns momentos ao longo do dia, que é possível ver homens com o crachá do cartório fumando, tomando café e conversando. O que não teria problema nenhum se eles destinassem os dejetos no lixo em seguida. Eu já vi, muito mais de uma vez, jogarem a bituca no chão e passarem ao lado do local destinado às bitucas logo em seguida. Realmente não dá pra entender, né? Hoje, após minha reclamação, algum funcionário do cartório veio limpar a calçada logo cedo, o que é ótimo. Agora só falta pararem de sujar! Não deve ser tão difícil. Fico torcendo para que os funcionários tenham sido orientados mesmo, os moradores da Rua Guaíra agradecem.
