Fiz a solicitação de duas certidões de nascimento e uma com apostilamento. Apostilaram a errada e ainda me disseram que era problema meu e pra resolver teria que pagar novamente o apostilamento.
Paguei. Mas já acionei o advogado pro ressarcimento do valor. O resto dos atendentes são muito bons, mas essa menina nem, assumir o próprio erro ela quis. Lamentável

I applied for two birth certificates and one with an apostille. They posted the wrong one and even told me it was my problem and to solve it I would have to pay the apostille again.
I paid. But I've already called the lawyer for reimbursement of the amount. The rest of the attendants are very nice, but this girl didn't even assume her own mistake she wanted. Unfortunate

I've been working with this Registry Office for many years, I was born and registered with it, I got married there too, and all the services I need in the Registry Office are done by them.. Everyone is always very attentive. I have nothing to complain about.
