Só não dei 5 estrelas porque ainda não aceitam cartão, isso infelizmente é um atraso enorme.

Considerei muito desrespeitosa a atitude de uma das atendentes e pude perceber que esse comportamento não foi caso isolado e não se repetiu só comigo, mas também com outras pessoas em todas as vezes que precisei ir até o estabelecimento. Não recomendo!
Initial service in general very bad. they even treat customers with disdain and mock others. I considered the attitude of one of the attendants very disrespectful and I could see that this behavior was not an isolated case and was not repeated only with me, but also with other people every time I needed to go to the establishment. I do not recommend!

Atendimento da Beth é por telefone que quando ligamos não atende. Aí manda mensagem pelo watts app que vai te ligar e não liga. Se você manda mensagem só te o assunto não diz claramente se faz o serviço ou não faz. Se você liga para o telefone fixo , mandam ligar para o celular e se você liga para o celular e não atende então é melhor dizer que não realiza o serviço.
Nota 10 para a desorganização.
Terrible service.
Beth's service is by phone that when we call she doesn't answer. Then send a message through the watts app that will call you and won't call. If you send a message just the subject does not say clearly if it does the job or not. If you call your landline, they have your cell phone called and if you call your cell phone and you don't answer then it's better to say that you don't do the service.
