 They met 100% of my expectations regarding time, quality and service, all very kind and polite. Everything came back so perfect that it looks like I asked my grandpa to do my laundry !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso falar com segurança que nunca tinha visto tal qualidade em outras lavanderias. Mando minhas roupas, roupa de cama, travesseiros e até tênis e eles voltam como se fossem novos. Cliente fidelizando com certeza.
Não posso deixar de falar da equipe prestativa e profissional.
I can safely say that I have never seen such quality in other laundries. I send my clothes, bedding, pillows and even sneakers and they come back like new. Loyal customer for sure.
I cannot fail to mention the helpful and professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um vestido de festa claro com bordados e pérolas que estava com uma mancha enorme na bainha porque no dia da festa tava chovendo na 5àsec da Rua Nóbrega, 57 e eles foram maravilhosos! Tiraram a mancha sem danificar o tecido e os detalhes, ainda foi mais rápido do que o normal porque eu tinha tempo limitado pra devolver o vestido! Maravilhoso!
I took a light party dress with embroidery and pearls that had a huge stain on the hem because on the day of the party it was raining at 5ªsec on Rua Nóbrega, 57 and they were wonderful! They removed the stain without damaging the fabric and the details, it was even faster than normal because I had limited time to return the dress! Wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tenho a sensação de que é mágico! Camisa com mancha no colarinho e outros, quando concluidios os servicos, chegam impecáveis. Super caprichosos e pontuais. Sentimos mta falta no período de quarentena. Excelente as tarefas da 5àsec!! Ainda bem que retornaram.
I always have the feeling that it's magical! Shirt with stain on collar and others, when the services are completed, arrive impeccable. Super capricious and punctual. We missed it a lot in the quarantine period. Excellent 5àsec tasks !! I'm glad they returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No site, optei pela retirada das roupas na minha casa no horário da manhã. Quando liguei às 12h30 para saber sobre o atraso, a atendente informou que não havia horário certo. Que poderia ser a qq hora do dia. Então, não gostei dessa falta de sintonia com o site.
On the website, I opted for the removal of clothes at my house in the morning. When I called at 12:30 to inquire about the delay, the attendant informed me that there was no right time. That could be any time of day. So, I didn't like this lack of harmony with the site.

Só não foi respeitada a minha solicitação de não entregaram em uma da no qual eu não estava em casa. Devido a isso ,tive que deslocar pessoas para não deixar roupas na portaria ... ?
Just an opinion...
The only thing that was not respected was my request not to have it delivered to a company where I was not at home. Because of this , I had to move people to avoid leaving clothes in the lobby ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, organização não existe. Não tem a menor estrutura nem educação pra atender cliente. Diz que vai mandar de manhã e manda a tarde, manda faltando peça, manda troco errado.. e ainda acham que estão certos quando vc reclama! Depois reclama que a pandemia quebrou o negócio
Bad service, organization does not exist. It doesn't have the smallest structure or education to serve the client.
