★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Solicitei nota fiscal e a resposta que recebi é que tinha que juntar uma certa quantidade de solicitação para emitir de uma só vez. Quanto fiz reclamação pela segunda vez prometeram que enviaria no dia e que aguardasse o envio pelo e-mail. Outra mentira pois não recebi.
Terrible. I requested an invoice and the answer I received was that I had to add a certain amount of request to issue at once. When I complained for the second time, they promised that I would send it on the day and wait for it to be sent by email. Another lie because I didn't get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a lavanderia unidade França Pinto, para a retirada de 4 ternos de meu marido. Combinamos a retirada para o próprio dia. Como não vieram liguei no dia seguinte quando me informaram que por falta de sistema no dia anterior não havia retirada agendada. Fiz novo agendamento e combinei a entrega para dia 28/12. Na segunda feira dia 24 os ternos foram entregues mas como não estávamos em SP, recombinamos pela terceira vez para dia 28. Hoje, dia 28, liguei na lavanderia para saber o valor e horário de entrega para poder providenciar o pagamento e para minha surpresa não havia nada no cadastro do meu telefone. Procurando mais um pouco no sistema acharam o nome do meu marido com o sobrenome errado mas mesmo assim, nenhum terno. A atendente pediu que eu ligasse mais tarde pois a responsável não se encontrava. Nesse meio tempo o entregador chegou no apartamento. Liguei novamente para a lavanderia, e me disseram que não tinha como o entregador estar no local pois os ternos não estavam cadastrados. Confirmei com o entregador se ele era da unidade França Pinto, ele respondeu que sim. Resumindo: desorganização, desrespeito e o susto pois eram ternos bem caros e ninguém sabia do paradeiro dele.
I called the França Pinto laundry unit to pick up 4 suits for my husband. We agreed to withdraw for the day. As they didn't come, I called the next day when they informed me that due to lack of system the day before there was no scheduled withdrawal. I made a new appointment and arranged the delivery for 12/28. On Monday the 24th the suits were delivered but as we were not in SP, we recombined for the third time for the 28th. Today, the 28th, I called the laundry to find out the value and time of delivery so I could arrange the payment and to my surprise I didn't there was nothing in my phone record. Searching the system a little more they found my husband's name with the wrong last name but still, no suit. The attendant asked me to call later because the person in charge was not there. In the meantime, the delivery boy arrived at the apartment. I called the laundry again, and they told me that there was no way the delivery person could be on site because the suits were not registered. I confirmed with the delivery man if he was from the França Pinto unit, he said yes. In short: disorganization, disrespect and fright because they were very expensive suits and nobody knew his whereabouts.
