Quando reclamei ainda debocharam e desligaram o telefone na minha cara!

Worst service in the world, I booked 4 times to remove my carpet at home, they asked me to wait a full time because they did not schedule and they did not come!
When I complained they still mocked and hung up the phone in my face!
Terrible attendance!

Deixei uma trança protetor de berço para lavar para poder usar com minha filha recém-nascida, quando devolveram e abri a embalagem, além de ter uma pequena mancha no produto novo e nunca usado, o mesmo veio cheio de cabelos e pêlos diversos e desconhecidos em toda a sua extensão.
One of the owners is super friendly and helpful, but the service leaves something to be desired. I left a protective cradle braid to wash so I could use it with my newborn daughter when they returned it and opened it, and there was a small stain on the new and never used product, it came full of hair and miscellaneous hair unknown in its entire length.

Worst service I have ever seen. Rudely, they returned the duvet dirty, unwashed and ripped. The owner insists that it has been washed and that it is not their fault.
