Fiz a compra inteira via whatsapp com o vendedor Fábio da unidade de Suzano, porém retirei a moto na loja de Mogi, pois fica mais perto da minha cidade. Foi tudo tranquilo, o atendimento foi ótimo o Fábio fez um ótimo atendimento e Jheniffer finalizou tudo de forma muito tranquila. A única coisa que posso reclamar é que me entregaram a moto zero totalmente suja de poeira, não foi passado nem um pano limpo na moto e em outras oportunidades, geralmente para veículos zeros, as lojas entregam o veículo em perfeitas condições. Tirando isso, super recomendo a loja e a MOTO. Obrigado pelo atendimento.

I bought an NH190 after a lot of research and I confess that the bike is awesome. I made the entire purchase via whatsapp with the salesperson Fábio from the Suzano unit, but I removed the bike at the Mogi store, as it is closer to my city. Everything was smooth, the service was great, Fábio provided a great service and Jheniffer finished everything very smoothly. The only thing I can complain is that I was given the zero motorcycle completely covered with dust, not even a clean cloth was passed on the bike and on other occasions, generally for zero vehicles, the stores deliver the vehicle in perfect condition. Apart from that, I highly recommend the store and MOTO. Thank you for the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma experiência ruim. A vendedora abriu uma conta no Santander sem minha autorização e fez o financiamento da moto. Leiam os documentos que te entregarem antes de assinar virtualmente. Até agora não tenho nenhum contrato. Fica o aviso para os próximos compradores

Comprei una NH 190 até o momento sem dor de cabeça, atendimento muito bom da vendedora Thaina , oficina show de bola pessoal atende bem e o pós venda funciona legal ! Recomendo a loja e as motos principalmente a NH se tiver dúvida pode comprar que a moro é excelente . A Nh é muito completa e confortável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava a procura de uma scooter, me informaram que entraria a scooter que eu queria, a moto entrou no dia seguinte como informado ai começaram os problemas:
Mandava mensagem e só era respondido 2 horas depois, isso em negociação de valores etc... (coisa que também não tem flexibilidade).. enfim, no final do dia resolvi fechar a compra da moto e fui informado que ela tinha sido vendida.
Se eu fosse o vendedor teria ao menos me ligado para perguntar, e ai Sr fulano, vai ficar com a moto, porque apareceu um comprador para ela aqui etc...
Isso tudo ontem 25/02/2022..
baseado na minha experiência eu não recomendo essa loja.
Tendo em vista a resposta da empresa, me comprometo a expor a conversa a quem tiver dúvidas do que aconteceu, não adianta responder aqui e não responder na negociação.
Pouca ideia, o atendimento é ruim mesmo!

I sent a message and it was only answered 2 hours later, this in negotiation of values etc... (which also has no flexibility).. anyway, at the end of the day I decided to close the purchase of the motorcycle and I was informed that it had been sold.
If I were the seller, I would have at least called me to ask, and then Mr. so-and-so, he's going to keep the bike, because a buyer showed up for it here, etc...
This was all yesterday 02/25/2022..
Based on my experience I do not recommend this store.
In view of the company's response, I undertake to expose the conversation to anyone who has doubts about what happened, it's no use answering here and not answering in the negotiation.
No idea, the service is really bad!
