★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito agradável o local, com brinquedos atrativos para a criançada. Achei que na questão dos salgados e finger foods em geral faltou um pouco de capricho no atendimento, mas nada que desabone o local.
 Very pleasant place, with attractive toys for children. I thought that the question of salty foods and finger foods in general lacked a little caprice in the service, but nothing that disrupts the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei para a festa do meu filho e não escolhi este salão. É bom mas as mesas que ficam no segundo andar não tem conexão nenhuma com o restante da festa. Bons brinquedos.
I went to my son's party and did not choose this room. It's good but the tables on the second floor have no connection whatsoever to the rest of the party. Good toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com a recepcionista brigando por causa do estacionamento na porta. Só tem 2 vagas. Não tem onde parar. Os salgados assados foram servidos frios, e o cheiro da fritura invadiu o salão mal ventilado. Somente 1 sanitário. Não gostei.
I arrived with the receptionist fighting over the parking lot at the door. It only has 2 places. There is nowhere to stop. The roasted salads were served cold, and the smell of frying raided the barely ventilated hall. Only 1 toilet. Did not like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente devido ao COVID não pude fazer minha festa. E a proprietária do lugar fica enrrolando para devolver 2 parcelas pagas. Falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade com seus clientes. A unica coisa que ela fala é "aguardar resposta por e-mail", ja faz semanas isso.
Lamentável. Não indico a ninguem!!!!!!!
Unfortunately due to COVID I was unable to have my party. And the owner of the place keeps rolling to return 2 installments paid. Lack of commitment and responsibility to your customers. The only thing she says is "wait for an answer by e-mail", this has been weeks.
Unfortunate. I do not recommend anyone !!!!!!!

Me and my guests loved the party at the Party Factory, wonderful savory and sweet, clean, warm and fun atmosphere, the super attentive and polite wait staff, as well as the monitors, receptionist and party manager too ... Super indicate the space. Congratulations Party Factory!

Super attentive staff, wonderful buffet, great service and during the party always the tables served and left over, as well as drinks. Cozy place, lots of toys for children and adults. Very good! I recommend!! Cost is also good for what it offers!

Atendeu nossas expectativas... o Gui (como elas dizem é o cliente especial que completou seus 5 aninhos dia 16/02/2019 e que ama o buffet desde que passou a semana de colônia de férias em Julho do ano passado).São super receptivas, educadas, com ótimas monitoras e garçonete. Wonderful Buffet !!! It met our expectations ... the Gui (as they say is the special client who completed his 5 years on 02/16/2019 and who has loved the buffet since he spent the holiday colony week in July last year).
