Após passar o tempo previsto, e questionar sobre o tempo de entrega, o restaurante informa estar com motoboy a menos.
Até aí tudo bem, mas mesmo após informar o limite de tempo para entrega, conseguem entregar após as 18hrs quando a loja já estava fechando, e eu nem estava no local.
Se COMPROMETERAM em enviar no dia seguinte dentro do horário do almoço, mas assim como essas avaliações, acredito que nem leiam e se esqueceram.
NÃO RECOMENDO este local.

After passing the allotted time, and asking about the delivery time, the restaurant informs that it has less courier service.
So far so good, but even after informing the delivery time limit, they manage to deliver after 6 pm when the store was already closing, and I wasn't even there.
They UNDERTAKED to send it the next day within lunchtime, but just like these evaluations, I believe they didn't even read it and they forgot.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira experiência péssima, comprei 2 feijoadas vieram apenas ossos e couro, entrei em contato com o restaurante para ver se conseguia resolver o problema, nada foi resolvido, disseram que como mexi não tinha como trocar, estava com meus filhos em casa com fome eles comeram arroz e farofa puro. Não sei como eles não queriam que eu não mexesse na marmita sendo que a parte da feijoda estava em baixo do arroz, como eu iria ver os ossos sem tirar o arroz de cima. Lamentável pagar R$60 em arroz e farofa. Não indico, nem tanto pela comida, por que poderiam ter resolvido, me enviando outra ou estornado o cartão. Com certeza eu daria 5 estrelas, porque errar é normal acontece, agora não resolver que é o descaso.
First bad experience, I bought 2 feijoadas, they only came with bones and leather, I contacted the restaurant to see if I could solve the problem, nothing was solved, they said that as I made it there was no way to change it, I was with my children at home hungry they ate pure rice and farofa. I don't know how they didn't want me not to move the lunch box since the feijoda part was under the rice, as I would see the bones without taking the rice off the top. Sorry to pay R$60 for rice and farofa. I do not recommend, not so much for the food, because they could have solved it, sending me another one or refunding the card. I would definitely give it 5 stars, because making mistakes is normal, but now don't solve it, it's neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi duas marmitas de churrasco MISTA (carne frango e linguiça). Quando chegou só tinha carne. Uma carne horrível, branca, dura, cheia de nervo, não deu nem vontade comer.
Liguei para questionar o restante da mistura que vem na mista, a mulher informou que não podia fazer nada, se eu quisesse a marmita completa ela teria que mandar o motoboy vir retirar a marmita e depois trazer a correta.
Não fez questão nenhuma de me ajudar, simplesmente horrível.
Pouco caso demais!

Eu ainda sugeri que enviasse somente a linguiça e o frango que não veio, mas ela disse que não poderia fazer isso pois já colocou quantidade de carne a mais.
Simplesmente desligou o telefone e ignorou!
Eu, se fosse dono do restaurante iria rever tudo isso.
Pq se depender de mim, nunca mais compro.

I ordered two mixed barbecue lunchboxes (chicken meat and sausage). When it arrived there was only meat. A horrible meat, white, tough, full of nerve, I didn't even want to eat it.
I called to ask about the rest of the mix that comes in the mix, the woman said she couldn't do anything, if I wanted the complete lunch box she would have to send the motoboy to remove the lunch box and then bring the correct one.
Didn't make any point of helping me, just awful.

If I owned the restaurant, I would review all this.
Because if it's up to me, I'll never buy again.
