★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje, 24/05 e a experiência estava ótima, até uma pessoa decidir passar Thinner no vidro. Estávamos no meio do lanche e o cheiro invadiu o local. Ia tomar café e comer sobremesa e desisti. Saí com dor de cabeça

Se eu estivesse com muita fome ou com pressa, teria ido embora.
A comida é boa, o preço é equivalente aos concorrentes. O salão é agradável e os atendentes educados.

Sou frequentador da rede, a unidade está muito abaixo do padrão das demais.
Logo de início, dificuldade para estacionar. Tem poucas vagas na frente e por perto não é tão simples encontrar vaga, tendo que disputar com os motoqueiros aguardando o delivery. Após fazer o pedido, tivemos que cobrar o garçom o chopp que havíamos pedido há mais de 15 minutos. Após o pedido dos lanches, recebemos as entradas que estavam ok. Os lanches demoraram mais de 40 minutos para ficarem prontos, e mais uma vez, somente após cobrança ao garçom.
O ponto do lanche estava muito passado.
A conta demorou mais de 10 minutos para chegar.
Os funcionários são mal humorados e desorganizados.
Dividimos o valor da conta e só foi passado o valor correto na 3a. Tentativa.
Precisaria de no mínimo mais três funcionários para ter um atendimento aceitável.
Me impressiona uma rede com lojas já renomadas apresentar tamanho despreparo, mesmo no começo da operação.

Right at the start, it was difficult to park. There are few spaces in front and it is not so simple to find a place nearby, having to compete with the bikers waiting for delivery. After ordering, we had to charge the waiter for the beer we had ordered more than 15 minutes ago. After ordering the snacks, we received the starters that were ok. Snacks took more than 40 minutes to be ready, and once again, only after charging the waiter.
The snack point was way past.
The bill took more than 10 minutes to arrive.
Employees are grumpy and disorganized.
We split the account amount and only passed the correct amount on the 3rd. Attempt.
It would need at least three more employees to have an acceptable service.
It amazes me a chain with renowned stores to show such unpreparedness, even at the beginning of the operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande variedade de lanches e sobremesas. Atendimento de mesa poderia ser mais cordial com mesas onde há crianças, cerveja não estava muito gelada (nem arriscamos pedir mais que uma) e a exaustão é péssima! Ao sair é necessário um banho ou roupas novas ??♂️?
Infelizmente não possuem cardápio em Braille. Recomendo os da @mrpublicidade
Wide variety of snacks and desserts. Table service could be more cordial with tables where there are children, beer wasn't very cold (we didn't even risk asking for more than one) and exhaustion is terrible! When going out, a bath or new clothes are required ??♂️?
Unfortunately they do not have a menu in Braille. I recommend the ones from @mrpublicidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são muito gostosos. Burguers simples e com saladas, com a maionese da casa são o melhor. Apresentam 3 tipos de batatas, muito boas. Milkshake de oreo muito gostoso, mas bem caro para o tamanho (R$28,00 por um copo pequeno). Tudo vem bem embalado, com adesivinhos de olhos. Sai em torno de R$50,00-R$70,00 por pessoa.
Snacks are very delicious. Simple burgers and salads, with house mayonnaise are the best. They present 3 types of potatoes, very good. Very tasty oreo milkshake, but quite expensive for the size (R$28.00 for a small glass). Everything comes well packaged, with eye stickers. It costs around R$50.00-R$70.00 per person.

Há 3 vagas de estacionamento gratuitas. Se não tiver espaço, terá que procurar algum lugar na rua para estacionar. Certamente terão dias cheios pois o espaço é grande. Falando em espaço, bem aconchegante, confortável e cozinha aberta.
O cardápio deles é recheado de variedades: café da manhã, sobremesas, hot-dog, lanches, beirutes, filé mignon, filé de frango. Muitas opções veganas também!
De entrada pedimos uma porção de fritas grande no valor de 26 reais com maionese. Bem servida, crocante, quente e entregue rapidamente.
Para comer pedimos o HAMBURGUER BACON COM QUEIJO -pão de hamburguer, hamburguer, bacon e queijo – por 36 reais. Além disso, pedimos o MONSTEBURGUER SALADA COM QUEIJO -pão de hamburguer, hamburguer maior, salada e queijo – por 46 reais. Para beber pedimos uma água com gás e uma Coca-Cola.
Tudo veio bem rápido. A casa estava vazia.
Achamos que o custo-benefício não é dos melhores. Hamburguer normal e valor alto demais. Já comemos em outras hamburguerias (por exemplo, Sujinho) em que pelo mesmo valor experimentávamos hamburguer mais bem trabalhados e com ingredientes diferentes.
Voltaria somente para experimentar outros itens do cardápio. Realmente achei o valor do hamburguer muito acima da média e o sabor bem “morno”.
A soma de tudo deu 137 reais. Separe esse valor caso queira ir em dupla. 70 por pessoa para comer o básico, sem sobremesa.
It was me and my girlfriend on 10/19/2021 close to 21 hours. New hamburger in the neighborhood, well recognized in the market: time to get to know it!
There are 3 free parking spaces. If you don't have space, you'll have to look for a place on the street to park. They will certainly have full days because the space is big. Speaking of space, very cozy, comfortable and open kitchen.
Their menu is full of variety: breakfast, desserts, hot-dog, snacks, beiruts, filet mignon, chicken fillet. Lots of vegan options too!
As a starter, we ordered a large portion of fries worth 26 reais with mayonnaise. Served well, crispy, hot and delivered quickly.
To eat we order the BACON BURGER WITH CHEESE - hamburger bread, hamburger, bacon and cheese - for 36 reais. In addition, we ordered the MONSTEBURGER SALAD WITH CHEESE - hamburger bread, bigger hamburger, salad and cheese - for 46 reais. To drink, we asked for sparkling water and a Coke.
Everything came really fast. The house was empty.
We think the cost-effectiveness is not the best. Normal hamburger and value too high. We've already eaten at other hamburgers (for example, Sujinho) where, for the same price, we tried hamburgers that were better prepared and with different ingredients.
I would come back just to try other items on the menu. I really found the value of the hamburger way above average and the taste very “warm”.
The sum of everything came to 137 reais. Set this value aside if you want to go in pairs. 70 per person for the basics, without dessert.
